Guest Black Tiger Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 It was an elimination match, Takayama beat Makai I, but then Yasuda, and the other two guys beat him
Guest TheGame2705 Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 I can buy Yasuda but the rest should have jobbed.
Guest Dangerous A Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 While I agree that Makai should've gone over because of credibility issues, what was the point to this match? Tak isn't jobbing any of his titles to any of the Makai members, so why do this match? It just hurts the champ, IMO. I smell Inoki somewhere trying to do something counterproductive.
EL DANDY~! Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 Fuckin Inoki and his vale tudo bs...I'm really starting to hate the direction that both New Japan and All Japan are heading if Inoki and Muoth get their respective wishes...it's gonna be so horrible for pro wrestling...
Guest Purehavok Posted July 4, 2003 Report Posted July 4, 2003 Obviously Takayama wasn't going to go over, it would be too unrealistic. It was just to show off his toughness and fighting spirit that he hung in there with 4 guys and defeated two of them, and it took another 2 to defeat him.
