From an article I read today in People most of his former girlfriends come to take shots at him, with Jennifer Love Hewitt asking if he remembers her, she was girlfriend 140 something. And Madonna saying Carson was too old for Demi. What are your thoughts on this show? Think it might be worth a watch just to see him get made fun of?

I dunno if anyone knows Jeffery Ross, but he's a funny comedian and he's gonna be there too. He was on Jimmy Kimmel the other night and they showed a clip of him there, they had the Hilton Sisters sitting in the front row and right when he got to the podium he was like.."I'm glad to see the Hilton Sisters here. Isn't it ironic how the two biggest sluts in the world are named after a cheap hotel?". Great stuff. I'll tune in, but I dunno if I'll watch the whole thing. Depends on how funny the celebs can be.

Yeah, that it kinda lame - I mean, if you're getting roasted you kind of KNOW what you're in for, right. It's worth a look see, I suppose. I've heard about those Shaq Celebrity roasts though, so I'll have to look into that as well...

I saw Adam Corolla dressed as a priest insult everybody but Daly, I saw Jon Stewart count down Daly's best moments ("Number 10...9...the number 8 video..."), and Daly get his cracks in. Daly actually got a shot in on JLH that'll piss off half of our male posters if/when they see it... Spoiler (Highlight to Read): "I think about all the good times we had together...back when you were famous." What I saw was pretty lame.

The worst part of the show were the comics. They spent 75 percent of their routine making fun of other people. I thought this was a roast for Carson Daly not Jimmy Kimmel. Kimmel got made fun of far more than Carson. Lame Lame Lame Show!!!!!!!!!

Carson can burn in hell for it, but it at least sounded mean spirited.
Guest Lethargic Posted July 14, 2003 Report Posted July 14, 2003 I thought the show was hilarious. The people that weren't funny were REALLY not funny but the ones that were funny were REALLY funny. It was worth watching for the drunk Tara Reid skit alone. Hell, Tara Reid got ass raped on that show the whole night so I found it hysterical. There wasn't enough Carson bashing but it was still funny. Carolla, Ross, Silverman, Kimmel, Nelly were all funny. Nearly everybody else kinda just said "hey, you got a big head but I love ya" and then left.
