John Cena is rising in the ranks of Smackdown with his hilarious gimmick and feud with Kurt Angle. Post your positive John Cena feedback here.

Whoa, Cena has talent?!

Surely you don't mean in the ring.

He took a gimmick made to mooch off 8 Mile's success and turned it into one of the most over personas in the WWE.

I've only seen him do like 5 moves. The Killswitch, FU, a ddt, a school boy and a spinebuster. It's mostly bland wwe style wrestling.....

He's a bit hit and miss. I mean, sometimes he comical, other times he aint. However, his in-ring work is ALL bad.

I've also seen him bust out a military press slam and a delayed vertical suplex a couple of times....but he still pretty much fits the ovw style wrestler which is only to be expected I guess given his background?

He needs a lot of help in the ring.

Maybe they could Deano Machino to show a few new moves. But he might be forced to train him the WWE way.

A little of topic but remeber on Tough Enough 1 when Tori yelled at Chirs Harvard for wrestling the way Killer Kowalksi taught him and not the WWE style?

I enjoyed Cena's work last year when he faced off against Kurt Angle and Chris Jericho. His match with Brock Lesnar was also pretty good.

Kurt Angle and Chris Jericho

His match with Brock Lesnar was also pretty good.

All three were pretty bad.

His matches against Angle were OK, his match against Jericho blew and the Lesnar matches just exposed him as a guy who is nowhere near "good".

On a positive note: His comments on Billy Gunn a couple of weeks ago were funny.

I'll admit,

His in-ring skills could use a little work, but you can't f*** with his mic skills.

AND HE'S OVER~! But yet, you continue to push A - Train...

He has good mic skills, and his theme music is starting to grow on me.

I've only seen him do like 5 moves. The Killswitch, FU, a ddt, a school boy and a spinebuster. It's mostly bland wwe style wrestling

Cena has also done a spinning fisherman's suplex, powerslam, and the Throwback.

Who cares if he has a large moveset? He still have no idea how to use it.

His gimmick is stupid beyond belief but at least its a little different than everyone else's.

In the ring, I think he has enormous potential. He's already better than half the people that have been stinking it up for years.

John Cena is off the hook, i find him enjoyable to watch in the ring, he's no Benoit but he continually busts out watchable matchs that keep me entertained.

And his mic skills are untouchable but he's forcing you to feel them~!

Verbally raping his opponents is always good.

The gimmick's fine.

In ring needs work. His most dynamic move is the backdrop suplex. His expressions are very good, but he needs work on moveset, timing, and certain aspects of selling.

Could be good. Jury is still out if he can pan out for me.

I love it when he takes his shirt off!

Seriously, his wrestling needs work and I suspect the company realizes this. However, he is massively over due to his mic work and gimmick. That's enough for the fans and the company.

I can't figure out all the Cena love...I mean, he's ripped, so what. His workrate is pretty piss-poor, and needs to stick in the midcard until he can somehow improve. His matches in the past have proved this. His selling is nothing to be excited about, either...he gets up, and moves around full speed, just shortly after having his head kicked in a number of times, starts using power moves right after having his arm attacked, etc...

He has proven he is quite charismatic, but that will only go so far. This isn't acting, it's wrestling entertainment.

Until he can prove more, like instead of still doing this old, lame wigger gimmick, I have no faith that he is the future of anything, other than for those who are little marks for him. I'm sick of him doing the stupid rapping shit, it's a cheaper pop than Foley doing the home town crap.

Charisma doesn't mean jack shit, if it can't be backed up in the ring..
