I went 8/16 because I stupidly picked favorites rather than thinking about other people. I know I could've called most of those now that I really thing about it.

I don't know if I misread the question or made a terrible typo, but I gave the answer "935" for the amount of votes the winner would get in the final round. I think I gave that answer for amount of votes they would win by.

Flyboy, you're not doing too badly, provided that the 6 you missed are all people that are going to definitely lose next round (i.e. KOS-MOS, Fox, Squall, probably Zero, etc.). You'll still get the point bounties if you have the winner of each later round match predicted correctly, regardless of who you predicted their opponent would be. Plus, the matches each round are worth twice as much as the previous round, IIRC. You didn't pick Sora over Aeris, did you? That's the only really big honest mistake in judgment that I can see someone making that might come back to haunt them. I mean, yes you're fucked if you picked CATS over Crono or AiAi over Link, but who would do that besides the few people going for a perfect 0 points? My current record--13/16. Damn you Squall/Bowser/Zero!

I didn't think that many people had played Sonic Adventure 2. Everyone's played at least one game with Wario in it, I would think, if you count the Mario Party/Kart/Tennis/Golf games. 14/18.

Seph is like the Undertaker to Kefka's Eddy. In my opinion Sephiroth was a better villain than Kefka. Kefka was pretty one-dimensional and I thought Sephiroth was developed well. There's no bias in my opinion either as I liked FF6 better than FF7.

Well, at least that was mine. Bomberman is pretty much toast. Sadly, he should deserve a better fate. Bishonen + Fruity = Chick Votes (or so it's been said). Shadow over Wario renews my faith that maybe Knuckles might upset Yuna. Shit, Wario has his OWN brand of video games and Shadow had NOTTA. That right there gives me hope that people don't vote for Yuna just because she's a Squaresoft chick that looks like someone ya'd screw. Besides, Knucs was always the better character (or at least in the comix I used to read). Actually, considering Kirby now has a TV show (it's on FOX KAYU) he might actually get the win. Besides, losing to Ramza is a crime because he well... Isn't really anyone special in the gaming world (sorry FFT fans, I love the game, but Ramza is pretty unglamourous). Snake vs Raiden? WTF is ANY MK guy in this tourney? They like NEVER get enough votes for a win and usually end up on losing side (unless paired against someone like Nooks or something).

If Raiden beats out Snake though The Final Fantasy games are beloved by dopey girls, however, MGS2, while liked by a wide variety of people, was utterly crapped on because of the Raiden thing. At least the FF games have many characters in them, while the main controllable character in MGS2 was Raiden, plus he was a "surprise." He's far too hated to win. As for Knux/Yuna, I think he'd have had a good chance back when Knuckles was still a hot character (so much they gave him his own game--although on 32X). Right now, he's just one face in the crowd of other Sonic Adventure characters. Shadow is relatively new and mysterious, and many fans debate his death or survival (naturally, it's just an excuse to bring him back or leave him dead depending on how fans reacted--I think he'll be back for sure). Yuna is still a fresh character and is going to be getting a prominent role in FFX-2, so I think she'll win.
