That's a bit trivial. Steph's weight shouldn't really matter, since it most likely doesn't affect the performance of the writers and the wrestlers.

In regards to Steph's thighs - aren't Trish's thighs really large as well. I seem to recall them being big. I wouldn't be surprised if Trish's are at least as large as Steph's.
