Murmuring Beast Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 God, England are terrible. God bless our scottish armchair army. Loyalty that borders on the obsessive. Undeniably an accurate perception, however.
PLAGIARISM! Posted February 16, 2007 Report Posted February 16, 2007 You don't have to be Massimo Maccarone to see Mclaren's an idiot!
PLAGIARISM! Posted February 27, 2007 Report Posted February 27, 2007 Oh and by the way, we just barely kind of won a game of football the other day. Good lord. It was getting to the point where we were pretty nervously looking over our shoulder, that at least puts us safe. Hard to believe that would be a concern at all in the run leading up to christmas. At least gives us a bit of confidence to give L**ds the kicking they deserve.
Anorak Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 Leeds going down would be brilliant enough in itself but with Dennis Wise in charge as well? Perfect.
PLAGIARISM! Posted March 2, 2007 Report Posted March 2, 2007 I bet we screw it up and galvanise their unbelievable fightback.
PLAGIARISM! Posted March 4, 2007 Report Posted March 4, 2007 Hearts in mouths stuff at the end, but three quality goals means I'm happy.
PLAGIARISM! Posted March 15, 2007 Report Posted March 15, 2007 Robbie Savage's presence ruins darts tourny in Sheffield
TheFranchise Posted March 16, 2007 Report Posted March 16, 2007 Robbie Savage's presence ruins darts tourny in Sheffield That's fucking brilliant. 'Who are ya' from the whole room.
Anorak Posted March 17, 2007 Report Posted March 17, 2007 Random bloke: Is your girlfriend a bimbo? Robbie Savage: No, she's blonde. Bloke's a legend.
TheFranchise Posted March 18, 2007 Report Posted March 18, 2007 He's certainly something. One more game passes, not many left now, and we're still in the top two.. Come on West Brom today!
k thx Posted March 20, 2007 Report Posted March 20, 2007 Looking good for Derby. From what I've seen, they deserve a place in the top flight along with Keane's Sunderland. For those who care, Pompey's season has fallen apart from European contenders to mid-table obscurity. A good finish will see us get into Europe, but they need to start soon. 0-0 against Reading at the weekend, who are nl5xsk1's team. I was looking forward to taunting him again.
TheFranchise Posted March 22, 2007 Report Posted March 22, 2007 Roy Keane has done one hell of a job. His first game was a win at Derby. I think Derby and Sunderland will finish as the top two teams, but I don't know in which order. I think whoever wins the league, their manager has to be manager of the season, as both sides have performed well above expectations. All the more sweeter if Leeds go down.
PLAGIARISM! Posted March 22, 2007 Report Posted March 22, 2007 Here's to the mid table! Nothing to worry about! Except maybe Brunt being sold, this season he's been invaluable (ie £2m). Takeover in the summer, hopefully.
Anorak Posted March 22, 2007 Report Posted March 22, 2007 Only in need of a few things..... 4 more points or so A new manager A whole new squad .....over to that Serbian bloke then!
Guest Posted March 23, 2007 Report Posted March 23, 2007 I'm kinda surprised that Leeds are going down, just because it's weird to see them fall so far. But really I'm not...
PLAGIARISM! Posted March 25, 2007 Report Posted March 25, 2007 God, England are terrible. God bless our scottish armchair army. Loyalty that borders on the obsessive. Undeniably an accurate perception, however.
caboose Posted March 27, 2007 Report Posted March 27, 2007 I'd like to put forward the idea that this season has thus far been the best season of English football, be it Premiership, Championship or Champions League in memory.
TheFranchise Posted March 27, 2007 Report Posted March 27, 2007 Absolutely, the fact that we're going to have three teams in the last four of the CL shows that. And the fact that the best team is winning the Championship.
Zorin Industries Posted March 28, 2007 Report Posted March 28, 2007 2 -1 against Swden, there truly is only one David Healy! Northern Ireland top of the group and David Healy the top scorer so far, if you told anyone this would happen a year ago they would have laughed in your face.
TheFranchise Posted March 29, 2007 Report Posted March 29, 2007 I have tears in my eyes by the end of it.
TheFranchise Posted March 30, 2007 Report Posted March 30, 2007 God, i've never been so happy to see Leeds win a game.
deancoles Posted April 1, 2007 Report Posted April 1, 2007 God, i've never been so happy to see Doncaster win a game.
TheFranchise Posted April 1, 2007 Report Posted April 1, 2007 Haha, we had a joke about you guys being on Sky today. 'Why isn't the Birmingham game on Sky?' 'How can it be when Doncaster are playing as well, stupid'.
deancoles Posted April 3, 2007 Report Posted April 3, 2007 http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/e...v_2/3507713.stm Did it to us as well.
PLAGIARISM! Posted April 3, 2007 Report Posted April 3, 2007 Pressman, Dean Smith, Lee, Wood, Bromby, Quinn, Haslam, Chambers, Barry-Murphy, Shaw, Ndumbu-Nsungu. Subs: Poulter, Beswetherick, Wilson, Needham, McMahon. them were the days. Christ. Beswetherick is the worst player anyone has ever seen.
TheFranchise Posted April 4, 2007 Report Posted April 4, 2007 Beswetherick is the worst player anyone has ever seen. Darryl Powell says different. Now, where's Anorak bringin' the hate about this Friday?
