The reports from campus police that the chick is crazy isn't fact? The reports that she is on medication for mental illness isn't fact? Hmm, let me think. Yes they are! But using those facts (and opinion) you made it out to be a FACT that she was under the influence of something that night. I never said that she was on drugs on the night in question. Where did you get that from?

It is also up to a total of 70+ people that have claimed to know this girl and are her "friend". You can't accept that most of these people are lying. Plus, her mother "reportedly" asked her friends to stop making statements to the press. Would that not account for the less people on her side instead of the glory hounds that want their 15 minutes. Since you have followed this so closely, you should know these things. Once again, you ignore contradicting reports and call one side of them facts. I could just as easily do the same thing using the other reports and be no more right than you are. Once again, it isn't about right and wrong. But if you actually formed your opinion based on solid facts and it WAS a educated guess, then we would have to reach the same conclusion..with them being concrete thoughts and all. Your opinion is not built on facts. It is built on assumptions, and opinions and that is all.

Both sides CANNOT have contradicting facts. The contridiction itself means that they can't be facts until all is known. No person can make a educated opinion on this case yet because we as the public know no FACTS.
