First of all, he's not making an actual rosters for the game. At least, not for the CD.

 

However, there will be a patch available on the day of the game's release from RaveX to get an update with all the real information.

 

Since RaveX is a non-profit organization they can still make the roster updates and Vince CAN'T touch them. As long as RaveX stays non-profit. At least that's the short end of things.
