I've got a lot of other stuff planned for the near future, but I'm definitely going to review volume 2, which has more recent matches, eventually.

Good review Jay. The first match alone would make me buy the tape from the review you gave it.

 

Nice to read some of Cabana's past stuff, as I'm getting highly into the SCS since I saw them at ROH.

I saw him live in May vs Horace the Psychopath, and he had a dull 15 minute draw in a midwest title match.

 

I saw nothing to warrant the hype.

I was in the front row of many of the St. Paul matches he had with guys like Punk, Dominion, Priest, Ace Steel, etc, and knew it was only a matter of time before he took off and got the national recognition he deserves.

Cabana has never impress me either and I've seen him a bunch of times.

 

He's hilarious and one of the most charismatic men in ROH- but I've never been impressed with his workrate

He's mostly a hardcore wrestler- he's had some good hardcore matches with Nick Mondo in Minnesota.

 

He was in the IWA-MS KODM this year- so he's starting to get his name out there.

Horace has been in the business over a decade, and has worked for WWE, ECW, and a couple of tours of Japan.
