The Ghost of bps21 Posted August 24, 2003 Report Posted August 24, 2003 I want a Boston vs. San Francisco final... and then for an impromptu strike to cancel the Series just so neither The Sox nor Barry Bonds can finally win their series.
Guest Choken One Posted August 24, 2003 Report Posted August 24, 2003 Wouldn't A Game Seven Sox/Cubs final be fucking Appros with a Blackout during the 9th inning?

The Czech Republic Posted August 24, 2003 Report Posted August 24, 2003 Wouldn't A Game Seven Sox/Cubs final be fucking Appros with a Blackout during the 9th inning? I just realized that because This Time It Counted, they'll have to do 4 games at Comiskey and 3 at Wrigley for the World Series instead of the other, better way around.
Fökai Posted August 24, 2003 Report Posted August 24, 2003 AL ballparks that deserve a GAME SEVEN: New York. Boston. That's it. (Choken One @ Aug 24 2003, 02:28 AM) Wouldn't A Game Seven Sox/Cubs final be fucking Appros with a Blackout during the 9th inning? I just realized that because This Time It Counted, they'll have to do 4 games at Comiskey and 3 at Wrigley for the World Series instead of the other, better way around Isn't Choken referrering to the RED Sox, or am I missing the "blackout" reference?
Dogbert Posted August 24, 2003 Report Posted August 24, 2003 Since I am a realist, I'll leave the Expos out of this... even though I'll feel dirty. NL Atlanta 3-1 Chicago San Francisco 3-2 Florida Atlanta 3-4 San Francisco AL New York 3-0 Kansas City Boston 3-2 Seattle Boston 4-3 New York WORLD SERIES Boston 4-2 San Francisco Something just tells me that this is the Sox' year.
