TheOriginalOrangeGoblin 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2003 Yah JHawk I also believe that Flair's first victory does not exist on tape. And even if it does, no way in hell Vince has it. Best they could do is the Race match from Starcade. Damn I wish that they had access to Flair/Kerry Von Erich...
Guest thrall585 Report post Posted September 21, 2003 They need to include Flair's first title win, a title match against Dusty Rhodes, a title match against Harley Race, the Clash or the Chi Town Rumble match against Steamboat, the Great American Bash 89 match against Funk, a match against Windham, a match against Luger, a match against Sting, Royal Rumble 92, Wrestlemania VIII against Savage, the loser's leave towns match against Mr. Perfect, the 93 Ironman match against Bret Hart, Starrcade 93 against Vader, Spring Stampede 94 against Steamboat, Fall Brawl 95 against Arn Anderson, Wrestlemania 18 against Undertaker and the recent Raw match against HHH. Nothing else I can think of is needed.
Jesse Badass 0 Report post Posted September 21, 2003 This DVD doesn't look good to me. They need to make this Rick Flair DVD like Hogan's.
Guest Mad the Swine Report post Posted September 21, 2003 Flair's first world title win does exist. I believe it's in complete form. I don't think that JCP had more than clips, though. And until the WWE formally announces a matchlist, I put zero stock into any of the ones floating around. Just about every time I see one, there's something on there that Vince doesn't have. Guest Boo_Bradley Report post Posted September 22, 2003 Flair's 1st match ever was for the AWA (I think) and was a draw with Scrap Iron Gadski (sp?)
JHawk 0 Report post Posted September 22, 2003 Flair's 1st match ever was for the AWA (I think) and was a draw with Scrap Iron Gadski (sp?) I think that's right, but that was in December 1972. Who knows whether that match was taped, and even if it was, whether Verne Gagne kept the tape or taped over it?
