A resident had watched ´Il Confessionale" ("The Confessional Box"), and recognized the setting as the church of San Vicenzo´s. He called the police who, on closer study of the film, confir- med his suspicions. The local priest said the film crew told him that they were using the church to shoot a wedding scene. The actual scene incolved a man dressed as a priest having sex with a woman playing the bride. A priest from the nearby Gioia dei Marsi said that under church law, all the services held in San Vicenzo since the film was shot in 1998, would have to be re-blessed.

"If a Porn was shot in a church, would a church member have the guts to come forward and say that they saw it?" "If a Porn was shot in a church, would a church member have the guts to come forward and say that they saw it?" Years ago when I was in college we had this debate on censorship in my government class and the topic of Deep Throat came up -- the one person that knew more about that movie than any of us was some woman who was a part of the Christian Coalition...
