Guest Mulatto Heat Report post Posted September 19, 2003 That must have been a bitch of a day to do two wrestling shows in different cities in the matter of a few hours.
cawthon777 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2003 Double duty was the norm rather than the exception. Back in the 80s, there could be 3 sets of shows with 2 cards a day - so there might be up to 6 per day. The A card would have a Hogan title defense, B might have an IC title defense or Andre, Piper, etc as the main, and the C might have the Bulldogs vs. Harts. Bored 0 Report post Posted September 19, 2003 Your also under estimating the power of the Ultimate Warrior. Remember in WCW he showed that he had the ability to appear out of thin air and through fog machines! I'm sure he just grabbed Flair and in a cloud of smoke they reappeard in Indianapolis and kept on wrestling!

(I've seen it recently) Road Warrior Animal, Paul Elloring, & Crush defeated the Brooklyn Brawler, Beau Beverly, & the Genius I thought Animal was hurt at this point and Hawk and Crush had been teaming?? They were both on CHV but from different arenas. The IC match was from Toronto's Maple Leaf Gardens while the 6-man tag was from MSG. I know that Road Warrior Animal was the one who suffered the back injury during that time but, following Summer Slam, it's he who was the one teaming with Crush - so obviously there was something up with Road Warrior Hawk before Animal hurt himself.
