Guest evenflowDDT Report post Posted September 24, 2003 ...I haven't been around a while. Checked in a couple times, but nothing interesting seemed to be happening so I didn't bother posting. Figured this time I'd check. Is nothing interesting happening? Should I write something? I have a few days before class starts (Thursday) and 4-day weekends after that, and I would like to write something...but I'm not sure about what. I was mainly just looking for something to tide me over until tomorrow, when my classes start (Broadway Musicals, History of Electronic Music, and hopefully if I can crash it...Film 20C: Intro to Digital Media). But since they start tomorrow, and it usually takes me 10 hours-a day to write a column, I can put it off...again As for what I've been up to? I went on sabbatical (I guess) in August, during which time I visited my girlfriend in Glendale twice and went to my cousin's wedding in San Luis Obispo. Then I packed packed packed, moved back to school a week early, worked worked worked as an orientation leader on move-in day (where I woke up early and underwent lots of training...only to work as the guy that checks out dollies...bah!), and that brings us up to today. Oh, I also registered at the new-and-improved SaNKTuary. Depending on how my schedule is this quarter though, I might not be around very much anyway. So...dual sabbatical? I mean, I've seen the guy post a few times in "What are you listening to right now?" and he's got good taste in music, I suppose (I rarely know what he's listening to, but when I do it's good stuff), but why the "FOOSTER IS HERE!"? I think it was some bad running gag The New Me started that a lot of dumb people were really into for a little while.
