Your starting to act like teams finish in the order of their payroll...and I'd like to think you're smarter than that. The watered down NFL is doing less and less for me every year. Since Both football and basketball have adopted the cap, and hockey is going to...let's leave one the way it is, huh? It's not like there is a rule saying that the Blue Jays CAN'T spend more.
