Here's a stupid idea I always had with James Bond. The name "James Bond" is nothing more than a secret secret code name for the top agent.

There is that little problem with the opening to For Your Eyes Only then. Although, I suppose it could be argued that Connery, Lazenby & Moore are all one Bond, and Brosnan & Dalton are another (since both are operating in the late Cold War period).

The outfit's partly good. The mask--ugh. Showing the skin can be good and can be bad.

Depends on how strict you want to be with practicability.

 

Yet she's wearing...what, open toed flats or something with that? Not too practical. Maybe boots with claw-like hooks or something, but that just looks really stupid as-is. Plus showing off just a little skin in the middle looks all out of balance. Leggings look good, but that's about it.

Since I don't read the comics...at what point was Catwoman made to be a mutant? I thought she was just some crazy lady with an obsession over cats.

To AndrewTS: Selina Kyle AKA Catwoman was more or less a professional jewel thief devoted towards cats while also having a strong attraction to Bruce. She's just a normal gal so this whole 'trait' thing makes me even sicker.

Yeah, I've always thought Pfeiffer was HIGHLY underrated as Catwoman in Batman Returns. Also didn't mind Devito as Penguin although the plot was somewhat blah. I also miss the dark edge Burton gave the films so here's hoping Nolan brings that feel back.

Eh, in the books that can't be true, unless each subsequent James Bond is brainwashed into believing they are the one true James Bond. Obviously in the novels, we get a lot of glimpses into Bond's thought processes, upbringing, and past. It really wouldn't work there.

 

In the films, there's Tracy. And no one can really get around that. Every Bond in the films from Connery's to Brosnan's has a connection to her somehow, and that'd be one hell of a coincedence.

 

Also, if it was multi-Bond why does every one of them share so many characteristics: Gourmet, Afficinado of alchohol, smokes cigarettes from a gunmetal case, prefers Aston Martins, will go against authority if need be, etc.

 

It's the same character, just a different actor, and the character is an elitist, white, English man, for better or for worse.

 

Although for the record, my biggets problem with Colin Salmon playing Bond is he has no hair. Bond has to have hair. Come on now.

She's already complaining about it. If they are to do a sequel, WB is planning on recasting. That is where the decision to make 9 Catwomen was made.

 

Of course, after this disaster, there probably won't be a sequel.

Cleopatra was white. She was Macedonian, she and her family only ruled over the Egyptians following the conquests of Alexander. The Ptolemys certainly weren't black.
