Searching for programs to convert ISO files

I have just downloaded a couple of games that came in .ISO format, are there any programs that converts the ISO files into normal executable files?

you have to burn them to a CD. That's what an ISO is. A CD Image.

So I just burn the .ISO files into a CD and everything shall be alright?

Or you can download a program called Daemon Tools, and mount it right off your HD.

There's also WinISO. For making or extracting from ISO images, converting from one image file to another like a bin to iso, etc.
