Although I don't particularly like MSN doing this, I do understand their reasons. At the very least, they're bundling webspace and other stuff with the chat service, which makes it a little more worthwhile. Maybe the new measures will also help to get rid of some of the clueless dimwits you always run into, which is okay in my book. Were I still addicted to chat rooms I'd probably pay.
