I almost think Gedo would be a better choice, but even he is only one notch above Jado as far as a worker and that means he's only one notch above terrible. I can't comment on whether you are knowledgeable in puro or not, but yes, Jado and Gedo are not good. At all. Gedo has stepped his game up in terms of work in the last 3 years or so, but he isn't even very good. He just became watchable. Jado on the other hand is downright horrendous. Granted, I haven't seen a great deal of their stuff, but in the handful of 2000-2002 I've seen from them they seem like perfectly acceptable workers.
