Top Survivor Series Matches

This card could be entertaining if they have an alternate Mick Foley/Kevin Kelly audio track ripping on how much the actual show sucks.

Not only would I not pay $35 to see this crap, I want Vince to pay me $35 for insulting my intelligence with the insinuation that I would want to see this crap.

The way I'd do Eddie/Big Show is that Eddie would take such a beating, but he'd keep coming back. Or trying to, at least. He'd eventually lose, but he'd gain more respect for his toughness rather than his low-rider.

It could be pretty good if Eddie makes Big Show look like a real monster.

Then Eddie, now tougher than ever, goes on to face Brock Lesnar, the dominant man-beast of SmackDown.

The problem is that they are gonna stop the Eddy push DEAD if he loses against Brock. If he was to win, then it would be the final plant in an AWESOME push. I can't see them going with Eddy v Brock Lesnar at this stage.

Brock vs. Eddy - WWE Title

Could be match of the year

...ooooookkkkkkkaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy

It seems that most people have forgotten that Angle/Benoit took place this year. And NOTHING has been better than that match.

In WWE or anywhere? London-Dragon from ROH was better.

I'd really like to see Lesnar have full length PPV matches with Benoit and Guerrero. Lesnar has spent FAR too much time working with the Big Shows and Undertakers in WWE.

He has the odd sense, Vader like in a sense that perhaps he's better with Bigger Men...

But yeah Guerrero/Benoit need a series with brock, i don't care if the title invovled...

wp- I've seen 3 house card schedules at various places on the internet. 2 after Survivor Series and 1 before Survivor Series. The main event in all 3 of them is Benoit vs Brock Lesnar. It looks like we might actually be getting those Benoit/Lesnar matches. Hopefully the WWE will keep Eddie in the title picture as well.

Eddy CANNOT lose to Big Show. This is not Andre in his prime. Big Show loses often - for Eddy to be able to stand toe to toe with him means NOTHING. He has to beat him, and he has to beat him clean. Sometimes the match is what matters - in this case its the finish that will matter.

The problem with the Eddie/Show stuff is that they had a good US champ in waiting (Cena) but didn't put the belt on him. I don't think anyone would have minded Cena winning it after the parking lot match. For Eddie to be in contention to face Lesnar two things will have to happen in 1 MONTH:

1. Eddie will have to job the US title to the Big Show, and probably not cleanly.

2. Eddie and Chavo will have to lose the tag belts, but not have Chavo do the heel turn.

All this seems a bit far fetched doesn't it? Also, if Eddie loses both of those belts in such a short amount of time it will look like he's on a losing streak, and why would he even deserve a world title shot at that point (in the storyline)?

I guess they could always have Eddie go through a few of Vince's guys in a #1 contender tourney and get the job back from Show (no US title on the line). Is there really time to do all this stuff between now and Survivor Series though?

Guest Smell the ratings!!!

I'm not even going to pretend to be on topic

I find very very little non WWF matches on Kazza. I'd say there's more copies of Undertaker vs. Fake Undertaker than all indys combined, and I weep for our future.

Yet Eddy cheats to beat RHYNO, MATT HARDY and CHARLIE HAAS. It's part of his gimmick now. So the chances of him beating Big Show, who is far higher on the totem pole than those three, clean are slim to none, unfortunately.

That's what people have absolutely REFUSED to consider and I'm scratching my head as to why. Why? WWE won't have him go up against the WWE Champion while he's holding one half of the tag belts and the midcard belt. They just won't. So now Eddie's been painted into a corner.

(By the way, the above "Why?" is not rhetorical. I really want to know why some of you guys think that Eddy's getting the title shot when he's holding two midcard titles at the same time. He's going to have to lose them somehow. This is a challenge for you fantasy bookers out there.)

Okay, I'll rewrite this. This is how I'd like to see this go down.

Big Show beats the hell out of Eddie, like I said. Eddie takes a huge beatin', but eventually loses. Eddie gains more respect from the fans, showing a tougher side of him not explored with his "Lie, Cheat, Steal" gimmick.

In the mean time, Brock has retained the belt against Taker. Brock/Eddie would eventually have some kind of confrontation, where their feud will be based on how much Eddie can take from this raging bull of a man.

If they wanted to get rid of Eddie's tag belts, I would do an injury angle with Brock demolishing Chavito. Titles are held up, and decided in a match between WGTT and the now face team of Matt Hardy and Zach Gowan/Shannon Moore. The face turn is coming soon, supposedly. Anyway, so WGTT win.

Eddie's lookin' for revenge, now, and goes on to face Brock.

..And then, I draw a blank. I'd figure Brock would win, but what would happen after that, I don't know. Eddie's toughman gimmick sorta makes him look like he has to win there, yes. There would probably be a screwjob of some sort (Chavo returning to turn on Eddie, because Eddie wasn't there to save him), with the good guy losing (going by WWE logic). No worries, though, because the RAW brand would take the main event and Goldberg would win (of course), sending the fans home happy. I guess.

That's just the way I'd do it.

It shocks me, how little seperates percieved marks from "smarts."

I mean look at some of the posts above. You'll see unfunny, barely legible, rants calling for the deaths of performers and owners of the WWE.

What seperates us from the beasts these days?

Toilet paper.

Eh, if it happens, Brock / Eddy is the only thing off that list that truly interests me.

This is why I'm seriously in favor of Eddy facing Brock at WRESTLEMANIA, where he has a better chance of winning, rather than Survivor Series, where he's just fed to Brock.

Did you not read what I wrote? I said that there's little chance of that happening.

And it shouldn't. It puts one division on hold.

Wait, doesn't the Steph vs. Vince match have a "Loser leaves the WWE" stip?

If so, they're already breaking their word ahead of time.

Remember the last champion/champion match?

*shudders*

Er, Kane/HHH?

Oh, and I'm against having Eddie face Brock so quickly too. If it was up to me, it would be long after Eddie had dropped his titles (leaving him with no proposed direction/feud), but still be in the middle of a serious push.

I'd be all for Brock/Benoit at Survivor Series, but they put Benoit against A-TRAIN this month. You don't really go onto a main-event feud after that.

I just see a triple threat of Brock/Taker/Angle or Brock/Big Show/Angle. Yawn.
