Sunday Night HEAT preview for Nov. 2, 2003

HEAT will also take a look at RAW when Shane McMahon challenged Kane to an Ambulance Match at Survivor Series, and Chris Jericho faced Rob Van Dam for the Intercontinental Championship in what turned out to be a wild match.
