Wrestlemania 2000 or No Mercy?

I liked No Mercy better even tho I liked alot of things about WM2000 better than NO Mercy. But I guess it depends on what a person likes in a videogame.

No Mercy by a mile, as well. I got this game for Christmas back in 2000 and after playing it at a friend's house the week it came out, WM 2000 always seemed inferior.

I loved WM 2000 when I first got it, but honestly, after play No Mercy, things were never the same. The CAW, graphics, career mode and options all lacked in comparison. The full ring entrance is the one big advantage that WM has and on the grand scale of things, it's not that big of a deal. I don't know about everyone else, but after a while, I always skipped the entrances anyway.

NM is also a game I can get hooked on every couple of months for no real reason. It's the only reason I still have my N64, as I never play anything other than that. Matter of fact, I'm hooked on it right now, after creating a couple more wrestlers from WWE that weren't on the game before, and completing some more of the championship modes.

The career mode on NM is better, IMO, as it's more of a puzzle and you've gotta use your head to get to 100%, which also means tons of alternatives and options when going through each one. With WM 2000, it was just win all your matches and that's it. Boring.

One other thing I don't like about WM is that almost the entire roster is outdated, and that annoys me. The same goes for NM, but it's worse with WM.

Call me crazy, but despite the games being more or less the same on the surface, NM is has way more depth than WM ever could dream of.
