How do you change the saying under your avatar?

So where do I go to change the title now? I went to "avatar settings" and I don't see any place for the title.

It's under Edit Profile Info. Custom Member Title.

This is a lesson I learned on accident. I was noticing some rather unique avatar names and thought "hmmmm" this is worth investigating.
