What is your favourite SS PPV and why?

What is your favourite SS match (doesn't have to be the elimination team matches)?

Favorite PPV: 1996... I enjoyed all the Survivor Series tag matches, despite some flaws (DQ ending to the last one). I loved Bret-Austin and Sid-HBK. Taker-Mankind was good, too. Plus, the MSG atmosphere is always good for a PPV.

I can't pick a favorite match, so I'll just list some of my favorites.

- Bret vs. Austin (1996)

- HBK vs. Sid (1996)

- Wildcard Tag match (1995)

- Jannetty, Holly, Horowitz, & Hakushi vs. Skip, 1-2-3 Kid, Radford, & Pritchard (1995)

- Bret vs. Diesel (1995)

- Flair, DiBiase, Mountie, & Warlord vs. Piper, Bret, Bulldog, & Virgil (1991)

- Million Dollar Team vs. Dream Team (1990)... only in mark-out terms for Taker

- Team USA vs. Team Canada (1997)... the in-ring debut of the Lethal Weapon~! Steve Blackman

I really liked Survivor Series 1990. I liked the idea of the winners all moving on to a final match.

Plus it had the debut of The Undertaker and umm the worst payoff to a surprise ever, Gobbledy Gooker!

Ultimate Warrior, Kerry Von Erich, and The Legion of Doom (Hawk and Animal) (Ultimate Warriors) Vs. Mr. Perfect, Demolition Axe, Smash, and Crush (The Perfect Team) (

Ted DiBiase, The Undertaker, Honkytonk Man, and Greg Valentine (The Million Dollar Team) Vs. Dusty Rhodes, Koko B. Ware, and The Hart Foundation (Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart) (The Dream Team)

Rick Martel, Warlord, Hercules, and Paul Roma (The Visionaries) Vs. Jake Roberts, Jimmy Snuka, and The Rockers (Marty Jannetty and Shawn Michaels) (The Vipers)

Hulk Hogan, Jim Duggan, Big Boss Man, and Tugboat (The Hulkamaniacs) Vs. Earthquake, Haku, Dino Bravo, and The Barbarian (The Natural Disasters)

Nikolai Volkoff, Tito Santana, and The Bushwhackers (Luke Williams and Butch Miller) (The Alliance) Vs. Sgt Slaughter, Boris Zuhkov, and The Orient Express (Sato and Tanaka) (The Mercenaries)

(Ultimate Elimination Match):Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, and Tito Santana Vs. Ted DiBiase, Rick Martel, Warlord, Hercules, and Paul Roma

SS96 is my favorite. Aside from the last elimination match (the one with Fake Diesel/Ramon), it is awesome top to bottom.

yeah 96 was great, the atmosphere was awesome too in the Garden.

One of my favorite matches is the Wildcard match at SS 95. Just a fun match all around, the WWE should do it again one of this days, it's a cool concept

I liked 2002 the most, because of the matches. All of them were at least somewhat good:

6 man table match

Cruiserweight Title-Noble vs. Kidman

Women's Title-Stratus vs. Victoria

WWE Championship-Big Show vs. Lesnar

WWE Tag Team Match-Los Guerreros vs. Mysterio/Edge vs. Angle/Benoit

Elimination Chamber match

Great stuff in my opinion. Especially The WWE Tag Team Match, The F-5 in the WWE Title Match, and RVD's performance in the EC Match.

Looks like i'm the only guy who liked the 97 wwf title match?

The intrigue going in was awesome. No one knew who was going to win. The match itself was decent, but the screwjob overshadows everything. Plus, HBK and Bret have had better matches.
