I just wanted to point out first that I thought Mick did a hell of a job, and in several places in that book I had to put it down and take a deep breath. Fantastic all around. I liked the book - I thought Mick stumbled upon some typical first novel problems, but overall I thought he did a fine job, and I would like him to write more - hence my asking if the book was commercially successful.
