eirejmcmahon 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2003 From the Observer - February 29th looks to be the top date being considered for the major NWA: TNA PPV that will be headlined by Jeff Jarrett vs. Hulk Hogan. TNA would like to have their PPV two weeks after the February WWE PPV which is set for the 15th. Las Vegas and Tampa remain the two most likely locations for the show. That's two weeks before Mania.... Should/will they go ahead with the event without Hogan ?

Styles 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2003 Most sources honestly believe WWE is done with Hogan and Vince has no interest in using him for Wrestlemania XX. But who knows.
eirejmcmahon 0 Report post Posted November 19, 2003 Yeah, I read that in one of the sheets, it's just....IF you were Hogan and IF you were trying to use NWATNA as leverage to get a nice big Wrestlemania cheque....well, could you pick a better date for the show than two weeks before Mania 20 ? Guest JacK Report post Posted November 20, 2003 If they do it after, however, it would probably kill a lot of the buyrates. No Way Out is probably a good PPV to have it near (comparitively) because most people who will get PPV's would get the Rumble and Wrestlemania, while No Way Out doesn't really do that much but set up Mania. So maybe a few peeps would switch. Maybe. For TNA's sake.
