If the public can freely access it and he holds no trademarks or copyrights on its content, then legally, it IS public domain. Anyone can cut and paste a link from it if they wish. It might be courteous to ask before doing so, but it certainly isn't required.

Based on the URL, it looks like one of the websites you can make when you have an account with that ISP. Maybe it isn't, but the URL certainly follows that model.

Stuff I've posted on trades occuring or free agent signings has been true. I've said I get my stuff from local sports radio shows and also the Boston Herald is pretty good on stuff too. I got sick of relaying stuff when somebody made it their sole priority to try to prove me wrong.
