Guest JMA Report post Posted November 24, 2003 This Monday will be the third singles match between Goldberg and Triple H. Who do you think will win? It seems unlikely Trips would lose three times in a row to Goldberg. Perhaps they'll have Kane cost Goldberg the title and have Triple H move on.

Guest BionicRedneck Report post Posted November 24, 2003 I think they may pull the trigger on the Orton turn and he can beat HHH's ass, which gives Trips a reason to piss off and make a movie.
Guest drdrainoscott Report post Posted November 24, 2003 My prediction: Kane interfeers and injuries Triple H, which writes him off until the Rumble, where he will come back as a face and either a)win the rumble to face champion Kane at WM or b) beat Kane in the main event to win the title (I'm guessing Kane is going to beat Goldberg at the PPV due to Orton's interference). I can't see Kane losing to Goldberg, as that would completly destroy his character and they need to protect it, as opposed to Goldberg, who they are letting go in a few months anyway. The way that I see things playing out are that Goldberg will save HHH from Kane on Raw, and when Orton attacks Goldberg at the PPV , HHH will be get upset since it was Goldberg that saved him from "near death" at the hands of Kane. This will not only turn HHH face, as is rumored, but then set up an Orton/Goldberg match that can be used to elevated Orton for WM against chamption HHH. At least that's how I would do it. Guest TheZsaszHorsemen Report post Posted November 24, 2003 It's really anybody's guess right now. And that's always the best way for a promotion to approach a high-profile match. A million different things could happen, and much of it is due to the very sharp storytelling the RAW creative team has been giving us the past few weeks. Almost everyone on RAW is involved in a larger storyline that creates a context for their actions on a week-to-week basis. RAW > SmackDown!
Guest JumpinJackFlash Report post Posted November 24, 2003 I think Kane will interfere, which will lead to a Triple Threat match at Armageddon. The match may be a pretty good one, and maybe Goldberg's best in a while if booked properly. Thats if this happens, because they could just have another HHH/Goldberg match which has already been done twice. Adding Kane to the mix is a great idea. Toxxic 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2003 I'm not sure a Trips/Goldie/Kane triple threat would work well. Too little variation there for my liking. But I'm not thinking that Triple H will win this monday. But three times in a row is too many to lose clean to the same opponent (for anyone, not just Trips) and still keep credibility, so it HAS to be outside interference. What I want to know is Kane's motivation for this. It seems like he was announcing his intention for the title on Raw, but for virtually all his singles career Kane has been "grudge guy", taking on whoever has personally wronged him, intentionally/legitimately or otherwise. Goldberg has done NOTHING to Kane. Hasn't even been in the same room that we've seen.
CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2003 This is the test. Trip CANNOT win if logical storylines are to be maintained. If he wins, he moves up even further in the pantheon of the most self-serving wrestlers of all-time.

Thats if this happens, because they could just have another HHH/Goldberg match which has already been done twice. Adding Kane to the mix is a great idea. Me too. End the match with Kane winning the title at Armageddon with some inadvertant help from HHH. Also, I would book Orton to win the IC title over RVD. At Royal Rumble, have HHH/Kane with Kane going over. Orton would lose the IC title at RR, blames HHH for losing the title and wound up costing HHH the title. As for the Rumble it self, the last three would be RVD, Goldberg, and Brock (in my little world he would have lost the title at this point). RVD would have the shit kicked out of him, Brock would be speared out of the ring by Goldberg, but since RVD pulled down the ropes they were both eliminated. That way at WM there would be a face HHH against Orton and the Brock/Goldberg dream match, both of which seem to be going to be possilbe matches.

Guest JRE Report post Posted November 24, 2003 How's this sound....? The Raw Roulette Wheel makes this a match that'd be very hard for Triple H to win (Say, a cage, or something that blocks interference.) Triple H freaks and forces Batista to use his "favor" to get it changed. Batista does but looks mad about it. Kane interferes and makes it so Trips is about to win...Batista runs in to and does something to make Trips lose, something that can be accident or on purpose. 'Berg wins....Trips feuds with Batista (feuled by that incident, and Trips' "I get the pin" speech from last week), with Trips and Evolution as heels against a face Batista. And of course, Berg and Kane feud. Besides the shitty matches to come from it....I like that....
JN News 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2003 It will be a steel cage match. Goldberg will win,........again. HHH will try to win by crawling out the door, but Kane will slam the door in HHH's face. Goldberg gets up, SPEAR, JACKHAMMER, PINFALL! Goldberg wins, cage raises, Kane slides in, chokeslams Goldberg, takes the World Title, and raises it up in the air, making it clear that he wants a title shot at the next PPV, Armeggeddon. Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted November 24, 2003 Kane costs HHH the match because HHH is the fault for his unmasking. But still, he needs a reason to feud with Goldberg other than the dart board method.

RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2003 WWE plans their posters months in advance. I'd say they did this one around Summerslam time - they probably planned out HHH/Goldberg for the rest of the year. Nothing has really changed since then. RavishingRickRudo 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2003 They advertised HHH's return for Vengeance - hence the name "Vengeance" - they expected him to be cleared and ready to wrestle at that time - he wasn't. For legal purposes since he was so clearly advertised for that show, they featured the "Beautiful Day" montage.
USC Wuz Robbed! 0 Report post Posted November 24, 2003 Yeah granted he was supposed to come back then, however he didn't. I very much doubt HHH will appear at this Armageddon in a wrestling role.

HHH as champion Drained the Pool dry of any contender for he not only beat them, every guy he faced promply went down to the Midcarder ranks and seen in the eyes of the fans incapable of being at his level. Goldy maybe shit, but I rather have that shit lose to another guy than HHH for the moment....
