2GOLD Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 I have no problem with Stevie wearing the Crash gear for a while. As long as he doesn't become Crash Richards then I don't see the problem. It almost seems like a "Goodbye Crash" tour and I think it's a very classy thing to do and not unhealthy at all. And I may get hell for this, but good for the WWE allowing him to wear the outfit out to the ring. If you ask me, if the WWE puts him on TV wearing the outfit then I couldn't think of a better tribute to a wrestler.
Guest ligerbomb03 Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 1wrestling.com is now reporting that Stevie sprained his shoulder and shouldn't be out of action too long.
bob_barron Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 WWE's recent track record in dealing with death has not been that good, let's face it...they don't bother to mention Crash, they keep Stevie off TV, and tomorrow night Austin drags Owen's corpse through the mud. Great company. -Patrick You mean like how Stu and Hawk both got mentions on TV, tributes by commentators and segments on Confidential? Ditto with Freddie Blassie and Davey Boy Smith. And they are not dragging Owen's name through the mud. Just because he's dead Austin should never bring up his neck being broken?
Guest PowerPB13 Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 Since when is one life more important than another? Crash was a visible part of the company for quite a while, maybe I think he deserves better than to be completely forgotten. As for Owen, Austin can bring up the broken neck all he wants, but it bugs me that he's complaining about Owen not calling him every day or whatever, AND that they're basically selling this special on the fact that Austin trashes Owen(it was mentioned in the commercial for the special and JR mentioned it as well). -Patrick
bob_barron Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 Yes they mishandled Crash but they don't have a poor track record like you said. And if I was Stone Cold I'd be pretty pissed about the whole incident too. It's a big part of his career and it's something worth talking about
EdwardKnoxII Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 Since when is one life more important than another? Crash was a visible part of the company for quite a while, maybe I think he deserves better than to be completely forgotten. Yeah. And I also think Crash deserves being mentioned on TV because he was an active wrestler in the WWE and TV shows much more recently than anyone else in the last couple of years that has passed outside of Owen.
Guest PowerPB13 Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 Goes to show how "sincere" Austin was during the Owen tribute show, I suppose... -Patrick
Guest Goodear Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 Just because a guy dies doesn't mean everyone has to like him retroactively. Austin was not Owen's buddy before he died, why should he be afterwards?
haVoc Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 Austin's TV special can suck off since it's on at the same time as The O.C.
Guest Goodear Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 Fox drama with pretty teenagers living in Orange County California. Drama and breasts insue.
Guest Corino 1000 Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 If that employee caused himself to die fuck him. Fuck somebody cause they caused theselves to die????
Guest Megatron Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 If that employee caused himself to die fuck him. Fuck somebody cause they caused theselves to die???? I think that's what he said.
Guest Corino 1000 Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 Yes I asked Fuck somebody cause they caused themselves to die. Thats your opinion i guess but then stop bashing Steven Richards for wearing Crashe's cloth.
Guest PowerPB13 Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 Austin's TV special can suck off since it's on at the same time as The O.C. Better yet...I'll be watching NWA-TNA tomorrow night. -Patrick
dubq Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 Yes I asked Fuck somebody cause they caused themselves to die. Thats your opinion i guess but then stop bashing Steven Richards for wearing Crashe's cloth. Can this guy ever form a coherent sentence?
Guest Megatron Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 Can this guy ever form a coherent sentence? Doesn't look like it.
Guest JRE Posted November 25, 2003 Report Posted November 25, 2003 ...maybe I should mention that Stevie's shorts are just Holly (Bob or Crash) style. They actually DO say "Stevie" on them, not Crash. I think the ring entrance Crash did, that Stevie now does is just awesome, and Stevie should do it anyways- as a tribute and as entertainment....because it rules.
