haVoc 0 Report post Posted November 25, 2003 I remember when SNL wouldn't let artist perform on the show unless they sing live and had a backing band, or used SNL's. A few years back when the Spice Girls were big they performed on the show and there was a big deal made over it because SNL made them sing live. What happen to the rules? Now I see Britney, Beyonce and others lip-syncing and music being played through DJ's and mp3's on the show.
