By "remake" just exactly what are we going to see improved? I assume graphics/sound, but battle system, translation, etc?

 

For Phantasy Star, I mean.

 

(Hopes the Phantasy Star series revives to give Final Fantasy a kick in the ass.)

They are totally remade from the ground up. Sega had some small 3rd party developer work on them. From what I've seen of pics and word from importers they are all supposed to be terrible. Phantasy Star is the only one I haven't seen get bashed heavily.

ehh...I can always play Phantasy Star on my Master System. Hell, I have all those on the list. Although I would like to see a Wonder Boy in Monster Land remake.
