Guest Max Peter David Report post Posted November 28, 2003 Wrestlemania XX WWE World Heavyweight Championship Kurt Angle © vs. Chris Benoit Chris Benoit wins the rumble. Benoit makes Angle pass out to the Crossface. Handshake post match. World Heayweight Championship Rob Van Dam vs. Chris Jericho © Jericho won the title from Goldberg at the Rumble. RVD finally wins the big one. Steve Austin vs. Hulk Hogan Austin wins it, but the crowd is split the entire match. Multiply Rock/Hogan by ten, and you get the crowd reaction here. Eddy Guerrero vs. The Rock Eddy gets his push to the top here, (Eddy = face, Rock = Heel). Eddy would later turn heel out of jealousy for the title, and feud with Benoit till Summerlam where Guerrero wold win the title. Undertaker vs. Goldberg Interpromotional match up. At the Rumble, Goldberg cost Undertaker the Rumble when he tried to take out Christian (who cost him the World title earlier in the night.), but Christian dodged the Spear, and Taker got hit. World Tag Team Championship Shawn Michaels and Kevin Nash vs. Ric Flair and Triple H © HHH finally steps away from the World Title, and he and Flair tag up, unseating the Dudley Boyz. Nash and HBK win the titles here, but lose them to Christian and the returning Edge at Backlash. WWE Cruiserweight Championship Rey Mysterio © vs. Ultimo Dragon The 1st WWE meating of these two. Mysterio would win the title off of Tajiri, and begin a tag feud Mysterio/Ultimo vs. Tajiri/Akio. Dragon wins a number one contender match. Dragon turns heel after the match. Kane vs. Booker T Kane is coming off a second feud with RVD, and Booker is coming off of a feud with Jericho. Kane would get the win, and rekindle his rivalry with RVD. WWE Tag Team Championship World's Greatest Tag Team vs. Spanky and Paul London © London and Spanky's two month long reign ends here when Spanky turns on London. (Their feud would later in in a falls count anywhere match where someone would be thrown through a barber shop window.)
