No Way Out 2002

Recommended Posts

Unforgiven is WAY better than Bad Blood. I mean the IC 3 way and HBK/Orton alone elevate above Bad Blood. Plus Unforgiven had more decent stuff outside of the 2 good matches.

Bad Blood had the two matches mentioned and the rest was unwatchable.

I nominate No Way Out 2003 right down there on the list. When the best match is Jericho/Hardy, you have problems.

Goldberg v. Jericho is a good match- Jericho deserves a raise for that one.

The Redneck Triathalon and Frogs v. RVD/Kane is awful.

Nash v. HHH is a pretty good brawl- they made sure both guys would not be exposed out there and did a great job.

Steiner v. Test is short, has the pratfall and is a near fall pop match- and I'm a sucker for those.

Booker-Christian has its moments and Dudleyz v. Oreos is decent.

The show isn't good but I'd rank it ahead of the 3 I mentioned

Unforgiven was awful. The 3-way is just beyond boring. It just went on and on.

HBK-Orton was alright although the horrible ending brought it down a bit.

Unforgiven has 0 good mathces. I can't remember one thing I liked.

Booker/Xian had it's moments where only half the state of Texas was sleeping through it.

And "being short" does not excuse Test and Steiner for being flat out bad.

Backlash's tag title matches and women's match easily make it better than Bad Blood.

If not for Great American Bash 91, King of the Ring 1995, and all the ECW PPVs, I'd shill NWO2002 as the worst PPV ever. It sucked ass.

Oh come on, ECW Heatwave '98, Barely Legal '97 and Anarchy Rulz '99 were better than all of those AND some PPV's this year. I wouldn't call those PPV's bad by any means.

Heatwave 98 is OK, Barely Legal is bad except for the M-Pro match, and Anarchy Rulz is good. Fine then. Those 3 ECW PPV's > No Way Out.

Xtian/JEricho/RVD from Unforgiven if I recall was pretty boring.

When Jim Ross is phoning it in without a shill, bah gawd or shitting his pants, you know its bad.

He just rambled about the match in a bored voice and Lawler wasn't much different.

I was at NWO 2002. It was an OK expierence but the crowd sucked ass. There may have been some funny comments form the corwd, but they were DEAD. The biggest pops of the night were Dustian Diamond (Screech) in the crowd and a fight in the crowd that broke out in the crowd during the Rock/Taker match.
