I think Gene LaBell has a book and dvd set out, he is suppose to be the master of submissions. I also think he is in every possible hall of fame from wrestling to martial arts. Its ads are most likely in the same magazines which has the Bas Rutten ones.

My buddy dl'd some of Bas's instructionals; I haven't seen em, but he said they taught him a lot.
