Dimensions Posted December 5, 2003 Report Posted December 5, 2003 I downloaded the Ric Flair DVD off a bit torrent site. The folders contain multiple .bin and .cue files. I converted the disk1-cd1 bin into iso and succeeded but it gave me 2 ISO's since it said it had 2 tracks. Now, I never encountered a problem like this but I figured I should just burn the bigger of the 2 using Nero. So I burned the bigger of the two but it did not work. It gave me a read error. Then I burned the smaller of the two and it ran but nothing played. So as you can I see, rationally speaking, I believe both tracks have to be on 1CD however I'm not sure what I need to do in order to accomplish that. Is it possible to burn the bin alone? Or is there a way to put both ISO's or tracks on one images or on 1 CD? Any help would be appreciated. :-)
Insane Bump Machine Posted December 5, 2003 Report Posted December 5, 2003 Why did you convert the files to .iso anyway? Just burn the .bin image with the .cue file. Example: Start Nero--->File--->Open...--->change file type to 'image files'--->locate .cue file and open
Dimensions Posted December 5, 2003 Author Report Posted December 5, 2003 Does that go for the .bin or just the .cue?
EMAXSAUN Posted December 6, 2003 Report Posted December 6, 2003 just run the image file using daemon tools
Guest OnlyMe Posted December 6, 2003 Report Posted December 6, 2003 Use the Nero wizard, and go: CD --> Compile New --> Other CD formats --> Create from Image This will bring up an "open file" box. Choose the .cue file, and the VCD will be ready to burn.
Insane Bump Machine Posted December 7, 2003 Report Posted December 7, 2003 Does that go for the .bin or just the .cue? just do it. or the pussy way OnlyMe described PS: To make sure that it will play on your DVD player you should burn it at a lower speed, like 4x or 8x. If your player still can't read it, try a different CD-R brand.
Bruiser Chong Posted December 7, 2003 Report Posted December 7, 2003 Better solution--just buy the damn set. Not like it costs that much. I can understand wanting to cop a so-so DVD through illegal means, but there's no excuse for any self-proclaimed fan to not just go out and buy the actual set.
