Golgo 13 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2003 From SouthParkStudios.com Wendy breaks up with Stan because he never spends any time with her. To cheer him up, the boys take him to "Raisins,” a local restaurant known for its cheap food and hot girls. Later, as Stan tries desperately to win Wendy back, Butters believes he’s found the girl of his dreams.

moral suasion 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2003 I love that South Park gets its own thread every week as opposed to there being one massive "South Park Season 7" thread. It is just some much easier to read and discuss this way.
Corey_Lazarus 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2003 Well, I think that's because it's simply an amazing show. Isn't it something like the longest-running basic cable program? This has the potential to be good. Of course, it's gonna be hard to top last week's...
Guest Ghettoman Report post Posted December 10, 2003 Can't be, Daily Show for one, and I'm sure there's others.
Guest El Satanico Report post Posted December 10, 2003 Daily Show is like the Nightly News, you don't mention them when discussing long running shows. It's based on news so it can run much longer than regular shows, so shouldn't count.
razazteca 0 Report post Posted December 10, 2003 Longest running cable program has to be MTV Real World, its been on for nearly 12 years.
Guest Burrito Report post Posted December 10, 2003 How long has 'The Simpsons' been on?
Corey_Lazarus 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2003 Doesn't matter, since it's a network show. I think South Park is something like the longest running basic cable animated program...I remember it was the longest running something...maybe just longest running show on Comedy Central? Corey_Lazarus 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2003 I don't care. They did a scene from that John Cusack movie (I can't remember the name, and I'm a mark for 80's teen flicks...FUCK) with Stan holding a stereo above his head outside of Wendy's window...genius. Butters is ON tonight.

Ravenbomb 0 Report post Posted December 11, 2003 LOL @ EVERYTHING! I called it needing a Say Anything reference like 30 seconds before it happened. It was great how Kyle Kenny and Cartman weren't in it much, and how Butters pretty much got the 'I learned something today' speech. And how Stan got to say 'Screw you guys, I'm going home'. Genius. Trey Parker = God Hopefully they've now written out Wendy and Token. The supporting/recurring character list was overloaded.
