Question about Maurice Clarett

Recommended Posts

Why the fuck is he so obsessed with getting in the NFL at such an early age? Did he do a bunch of shit that is going to get him blackballed from playing college football and wants to get drafted ASAP before the SHITHAMMER falls on him? Or does he honestly think that he deserves the same undeserved blowjob treatment LeBron James got because he joined the NBA as early as he did?

Just ignore him. He's been bitching about not being able to get in the NFL draft since like his 4th game in college. I might actually agree with him if he could prove that he can go a college season without an injury first.

$$$

The funny thing, though, is that he just might go undrafted and not get any of that $$$. Seriously, who's going to spend a pick on the first day on a guy who spent one (injury-plagued) year in college -- and not even the most recent year?

He fucked himself over big time.

I will never agree. The minute the NFL opens the NBA flood gates then it goes down with that league.

Maurice is an injury prone small running back who wouldn't amount to more than a special teams returner.

And I would love him to win his court case and then no one draft him. Then what? Claim racism against the NFL owners for not recognizing he is God's gift to football?

I'm tired of hearing about him.

Football is much more punishing than basketball and someone as young and undeveloped as him would get the living shit beaten out of him. That's why the NFL has their rules, so young'uns don't come in and get killed.

Exactly.

If the NFL starts drafting kids out of high school, you'll see these kids getting carried off the field in body bags.

I say let him in. That way, he won't get drafted high, he will get little to no money, he will struggle to make earn a roster spot, and maybe, just maybe, he'll get the shit knocked out of him in his first game.

Then, maybe, all this bullshit about 19-year-old kids playing professional football will die off and we can get back to our real lives.

Exactly. The NBA is almost unwatchable to me now. There are too many teenaged prima donnas running around, pounding their own chests and hogging the ball while displaying no real knack for the game outside of SportsCenter highlights. Ooooh, you can dunk. I'm impressed. How about making an accurate pass when surrounded by three defenders, or actually not traveling while running down the lane? The lack of fundamentals has severely diluted the NBA's product. I love the NFL and I would HATE to see them go the same route.

In other words, fuck Maurice Clarett.
