Isn't Val Canadian?!

Nah not anymore. Bradshaw turned him into Bradshaw v.423.

The WWE picked Bradshaw and Val to do "True and False" because they're well known right-leaning guys. It was just an attempt to further their (the WWE's) agenda.

well, i for one, don't...their WRESTLERS...fucking WRESTLE...who gives a shit what they think...their all fucking idiots anyway...

Ever think that Smart Marks are way too fast to wish death/serious injury on someone because they don't like how they wrestle?

well, i can only speak for me, and i wish death upon him because i don't like him...simple as that...if i don't like someone, i wish death on them...that's just how i am...does it make me a good person? probably not, but i never claimed to be, and i don't see why i should have to justify my feelings to anyone.

As I recall Eddy and Cena are both apparently quite intelligent.

You don't have to give a shit, but don't call them idiots unless you have something to base it on because otherwise you just sound ignorant.

You seem awfully angry, must be that time of the month?

As a Brit, may i just say - I'm happy to pay more tax if it means that I will AUTOMATICALLY be given treatment for whatever illness or injury I may be suffering from, no matter what insurance I may or may not have. And if Bradshaw was to come and have an accident in the UK, I bet he'd like it too.

I sent an e-mail to the WWE about this bias. I told them little things like this could hurt programs like "Smackdown Your Vote." I doubt anyone will listen but...it's worth a try.

Someone is taking the Asshole song by Denis Leary a little too far I think.

Yeah, but Val is also one of those super-ultra-right-wing guys. What he said is very much in line with his stated views in the past on such matters.

Difference is that Val Venis articulates his points well and constructs good arguments to support them (on OTR for instance, while I didn't agree with everything he said, he certainly made you think there was a good reason he was saying it), whereas Bradshaw is just a loud-mouthed Limbaugh lover. Bradshaw should go off and finish his US-flag gay photo shoot (I accidentally typed "US-fag", and then changed it but maybe I should have left it ;) ).

Wait...

Bradshaw is a Limbaugh fan? Ugh. My respect for Bradshaw has just entered into negative digits.

Seeing as the WWE is a private company and in the entertainment (rather than media) business, why shouldn't they be allowed to put forth WHATEVER agenda they wish?

Would you have rather they put forth two left-leaning workers for this? Would that have been any less egregious, following your logic?

Two things:

1.) There are better uses for your time.

2.) Dude, their partner in the SYV enterprise, if I'm not mistaken, is Russell Simmons - who is most definitely as biased on the opposite spectrum as Vince may be in his own way. Having two workers express their own political views hurts nothing in the long run as people who really care that much about it are too damn sensitive to begin with.

I would rather they picked two workers who's political philosophies weren't blatantly obvious. As it is, they picked who they did to further their own agenda. They have the right to put forth whatever agenda they want, and I, as a fan, have the right to criticise it.
