Chronicles of Riddick I believe is a prequel to Pitch Black. It is the story of Riddick(Vin Diesel)

 

Club Dread is a movie from the makers of Super Troopers and basically stars all the same guys. Check out Farva as the masues(sp?obviously wrong).

Actually LaParka, I rather liked Pitch Black. Enough for a sequel? Ummmmm, maybe. I can't believe they got Dame Judy Dench to be in it. She doesn't strike me as the type to do crap movies, so I'll give it the old wait-and-see.

Pitch Black is actually a popular movie amongst horror/sci-fi fans. I've never heard a bad word about it on sites I gather news from :points to sig:.

Oh don't get me wrong...I enjoyed the movie too, but I didn't think anyone was really calling for a prequel/sequel.

Pitch Black was the movie that got Vin enough attention to become a lead actor in movies. Too bad Vin blew his chance at becoming a big star by not showing up to do sequels of movies made for him.
