FWIW, according to Gunota, the version on TV Asahi's website

took into account votes after the end of the broadcast of the special and thus very much differs from the televised version. It looks to reflect Internet votes only as otherwise Steel Jeeg wouldn't outrank Macross and Mazinger Z nor would a show as new as Fullmetal Alchemist rank #1.
