If Arizona wants their future QB to stand in the pocket and get nailed or throw INTs all over the place then this is the way to go. I think its just Dennis Green pulling a cruel joke on him.

I remember even the Daily Show played the clip to make fun of Salisbury. I hope he takes the job to as he is easily the most annoying "analyst" out there right now and comes off like a complete douche bag.
