It isn't really overrated, just that St Louis, KC & Philly really did not enter the playoffs in that good a shape and ran into hot teams. It happens. One thing we have noticed this year, the hotter team has won more than not (Carolina twice, Green Bay, New England & Indianapolis). Only the two AFC Wild Card games have gone the other way thus far, and in one of those it was the home team that blew it (the Ravens choked). You can't limp into the playoffs and expect to be successful. The Colts are an exception because they started their hot run in the playoffs, but they are certainly hot now. And I remember no one giving the Panthers a chance to win that game either. If the Packers win, the Panthers will get Home Field advantage in the NFC Championship game, but I seriously doubt they can beat the Packers, even at home.
