the Eagles don't win NFC Championship games.

like the Browns :P

And barring realignment, the Browns never will since they're in the AFC.

But your point was made. Jackass. :P

Meh, don't give the Pats any respect...that's the way they like it. Didn't get any in 2001-2002 and they aren't getting any in 2003-2004.

Man, this weekend was the best I can ever remember football wise. 4 potential classics.

I just love the fact that New England went from "eh, they play football" to "God, I hate them" in less than three years.

That's a sign of a great football team. When other fans start hating them.

As a Pats fan, I like the Colts UNLESS it snows.

I see the Colts up by two and Vin missing a 45 yd fg at the whistle.

Winning 14 straight is asking too damn much of a football team. Too damn much.

I have no question in my mind that the Colts are going to defeat the Pats.

You said the same thing about the Titans.

I never said I had no doubt in my mind. In fact, I said it was a GREAT possibility the Pats were going to win. I was cheering for the Titans, thats about it.

In my immediate family, I'm a Packers fan, there is one Bills fan, one Patriots fan, one Bucs fan, and one Browns fan. Generally when our teams are eliminated we cheer for one of the others above, so I do want New England to win.

If they lose though, I am glad it is to the Colts and not to Tennessee or Kansas City.

Same as Green Bay. I'll take their loss yesterday over the way their past five seasons ended (screwed by refs, missed playoffs, missed playoffs, blowout on road, blowout at home) any day of the week.

Sports shows yesterday pointed out that the Chiefs kicker missed a FG, they had a TD taken away by a non-call, and Priest Holmes fumbled twice in points within scoring range(I saw fumble number 2, missed the first one).

Pats defense are miles ahead of the Chiefs and the Pats rarely make those stupid mistakes. Not to mention the Colts haven't played a game in the cold weather this year.

I give the Colts their dues but why is everybody saying they're going to steamroll over the Pats?

They're all dazzled by Manning's numbers against crappy defenses so far in the playoffs.

Seriously, NEITHER TEAM PUNTED!! That is awful defense on BOTH sides. You know what they say about defenses and championships, don't you?

I think New England will manage to pull out the victory but won't be shocked in the slightest if Indy wins(People forget that Peyton threw for 278 yards, 4 TD's and 1 INT against us earlier this year)

Definitely.

Peyton Manning is in a ZONE, plain and simple. That 3rd and long TD pass to Wayne in the third was sick. He made the Chiefs look silly.

No, the Chiefs continuing to have absolute shit for defense made them look silly. Manning looked very good, yes, but the Chiefs defense looked very bad.

As a Pats fan, I was more worried about the Titans than I am about the Colts. The Pats didn't beat either team that handily in the regular season, but they did beat both. And are now more healthy, and playing better ball, and have more of a home field advantage than they were against either Tenn. or Indy.

It should be a good game, but I really do think that Belichick and Crennel will be able to bring more to the table with the Pats D than either the Broncos or Chiefs did.

The Eagles are like the polar opposite of their fans. While the fans panic and bitch and moan, that team is like mother fucking icewater. The Panthers are going to be in a bit of a bind if Davis doesn't come back but any running back is going to get yards against Philly's defense. The game is going to come down to Delhome's play.

On the other side, Manning plays as well as he did the last two weeks and no one is going to beat him. But who puts three career games up in a row in the playoffs? The Pats are going to test him and test him hard.
