Ring of Honor Locker Room Scoops

By TLFV

Once again, Homicide is pissed. This time at the fact Matt Stryker is higher on the Top Five Rankings than he is, despite the fact Homicide slaughtered Xaiver and Stryker nearly lost his match. A match has been signed for this weeks high impact TV to settle the issue.

Also on HITV West Coast Star B-Boy will be making his debut, taking on Austin Lee of Special K.

The Backseat Boyz have been complaining about the fact their opponents at Expect the Unexpected, the Briscoe Brothers have not had to wrestle at all this month. Will this change this week? I dunno, Rob doesn't tell me these things...

CM Punk's rant/promo will air this week as well.

Christopher Daniels has made it clear he wants a shot at Samoa Joe, RoH world champ. Bryan Danielson has the shot at EtU, but this leaves the #1 Contenders Trophy vacent. There will be a match with Daniels and an unnamed opponet at the show for the spot.

Good Times Great Memories will be back this week with Ace Steel and CM Punk. Hope Colt has some plastic furniture.

Nothing left for me to put here execpt Rob really needs to shower.

The Voice has spoken.

Ring of Honor Expect the Unexpected Card thus far:

Due to scheduleing conflicts (my stupidity) RoH World Champ Samoa Joe will not be able to defend his RoH World title. A number 1 contenders trophy match will be signed soon.

RoH Tag Champions Jay and Mark Briscoe will take on The Backseat Boyz for the titles.

A scramble match pitting Special K vs The SAT and three partners...

All that plus more.

(I really need to check Z1's dates before the shows....)

Ring of Honor High Impact TV 3.12.04

Recapped by TLFV

Welcome to RoH TV! Up first we have the debut of B-Boy in RoH.

Austin Lee vs. B-Boy.

This was not the way we wanted to start out the show, or B-Boy's RoH career. The fans totally turned on this match. (It got six percent reaction.) B-Boy tried to control with stiff strikes and crisp moves that looked suspiciously like a former RoH champion. This went on for several (boring) minutes drawing a chant of "YOUR'E NOT LOW-KI!" for the debuting uh, Boy.

Austin Lee took over with a hurricane kick and landed the standing Shooting Star Legdrop (needs a name...Ideas?) for two. Crowd wants this over. Jeeze, I shouldn't have debuted him in Philly...

Match goes on until B-Boy hits his Cross Special Brainbuster for (a merciful) three...

We go to video of Punks tirade after his match last week.

"He isn't better than me! He's nothing! He got lucky!" He screams into the mic. "AJ, I want a rematch!" The crowd busts in with a "Straight Edge Sissy" chant.

"Shut up! I'm better than all you too!" Lucy joins him at this point. "We, the Second City Saints, are better than the Prophecy. We're better than AJ Styles. We're better than Samoa Joe, than Homicide and we're damn well better than all of you drunk Hicks!" He shouts. He then hunches over in pain and we go to a break...

We're back and it's time for tag action...

Special K of Izzy and Dixie vs The Prophecy.

Match Background: Maff and BJ are teaming up as The Prophecy for the first time tonight.

No one in the arena gave the rich kid ravers much of a chance here. Maff and Whitmer are two of the hardest hitters in the US, and Special K are two of the smallest guys out there. Special K had to use hit and run tactics, which they tried to do. This worked for the first few minutes, as they ran around the ring hitting flying type moves.

A few minutes in however, the power game of the Prophecy came into play. For the next few minutes it was all Maff and Whitmer, who hit various suplexes at will. After a few minutes the Second City Saints came down to watch the match, and ended up distracting Whitmer long enough for Izzy to hit the Falling Up (Standing Sliced Bread #2) for the win! Things got ugly after that, but Refs ended up stopping the impending brawl before it began.

AJ Styles is backstage with his manager Alexis Laree. *A small Alexis chant goes up for her return to Philly*

"You ready for Danielson tonight AJ?" She asks him. They are ignoring the camera, or perhaps they don't know it's there.

"Yea. I'm ready. I've beaten him before, and I'll do it again. That #1 contenders trophy is mine." He says. Alexis nods.

"Punk still bothering you?" She asks.

"Yea. But Rob got him a separate locker room. Besides, he's got Daniels tonight. I don't think I gotta worry bout him." He replies.

"Good. He's nothing anyway."

"Seriously. You lost man. Deal with it. Move on. Don't cry like a little baby. Man, he bugs me."

"Now's not the time AJ. Sorry I got you started."

"Don't worry bout it. I gotta go stretch some more."

Commercial

We are back and Jay and Mark, the Briscoe Brothers are out and pissed.

"First, Cornette abandons us, then Luscious gets hurt, and now we have to wrestle two jobbers for you lousy Philly fans! Can this get any worse?" Jay rants before being cut off by "We're not gonna take it" the new theme song for Dunn and Marcos, the Ring Crew Express!

Briscoe Boys vs Ring Crew Express.

Most people in attendance, including the boys in the back were expecting this to be a squash of epic proportions. This was not so, as the RCE held their own for the first few minutes of the match. However, Jay and Mark took control and Isolated Dunn, working him over with various double team moves. Dunn however was able to make the hot tag and Marcos came in with several Ricky Morton like dropkicks. But the comeback was not to last as Mark and Jay hit him with the Back Suplex Neckbreaker and then hit Dunn with a J-Driller for the win.

We come back from commercial to see the set for Good Times, Great Memories up. Colt is in the ring, and begins to speak.

"Today I am honored to have a great man on the show." He begins, apparently reading from queue-cards. "A man of high ethics. A man who cares so much..." The crowd, catching wind of who it is, (or maybe they read the scoops) begins to chant "Shut the F*ck up!" So Colt flings the cards down and goes for the gusto. "Ladies and Gentlemen, C M PUNK!!!!"

But Misera Canteare does not come on, rather it's Special K's rave theme. And then the entire group of the Rich Kid Ravers comes out to the ring, much to Colt's dismay. After a few minutes of dancing, Izzy, the teams leader takes the mic.

"Dude, your show sucks." He begins, drawing laughs from his fellow stoners. "So we, Special K, have decided to boot you out." he says as Hydro kicks Colt and throws him out of the ring. "And turn it into Special K's Super Happy Rave Fun Hour!" He says as the music starts up and they begin to rave. (No, not Jimmy, who's going bald...)

Amiss the lights and music we head to break.

Homicide vs Matt Stryker.

Don't fight Homicide when he is pissed off. Best.Advice.Ever. Someone should have told Stryker. Not to say this was a squash. It wasn't, but Stryker got pounded, taking a TON of stiff shots. Stryker, coming off a win over Jimmy “Mr. Clean” rave, (kidding, Jimbo) tried the same tactics as last week, trying to take out the Notorious 187’s leg. This didn’t work as well this week. Homicide dominated the match, winning with a Kop Killa. Post match he jawed into the camera.

“I’m comin for ya Joe. Ya best watch your F*ckin back. I’m gonna beat your F*ckin ass!” And before we can get booted off the air we head to the back with the leader of the Prophecy, Christopher Daniels.

”I have been in Ring of Honor since day one. I headlined the Era of Honor Begins. I have been, THE only consistent Main Eventer since the inception of this company. And yet I have not won the world title. Perhaps it has been my lack of focus. Or my lack of opportunity. But now, it is within my reach. That is why I am entering my name in the #1 contenders trophy match at Expect the Unexpected. I don’t know or care who I am going to be against, because all anyone in RoH can do is say their prayers.”

Commercial

We are back and it is time for part one of our double main event:

Christopher Daniels vs. CM Punk.

Both men are in the ring. Stare down, nose to nose, and no one is blinking. The crowd is chanting for the Fallen Angel. (Boy Punk is such a heel Daniels is a defacto face). No handshake, big surprise. Daniels wants to lock up, but Punk begs off. This prompts a “CM PUSSY” chant from the crowd, which pisses Punk off. Lucy gets on the apron to clam him down and he goes back to meet with Daniels in the middle of the ring. Daniels wants to lock up again, but Punk kicks him low and hits him with a left hand to drop him to the mat. Egotistical, elitist mofo he is, Punk stands a few steps back from Daniels and taunts him.

He turns around to play to the fans, drawing their ire like a pro, and gets met with a spear upon completion to his circle. The crowd erupts as Daniels pounds away on the Straight Edge Icon. Punk pushes Daniels off and rolls to the outside to regroup. He makes friends with the fans as all good heels do, (“why don’t you go F*ck a squirrel you retard!”) and is met with a palm strike from Daniels.

Daniels sends him into the nearest guardrail, and Punk flips over into the crowd on impact. Daniels goes to meet him but gets caught with a right hand and a leaping clothesline over the railing by Punk. Punk then sends Daniels head first into the ring post, drawing blood. He rolled him back into the ring and covered for two. He hits a snap suplex for two, and he is not happy with the speed of the count.

Punk tries an Irish Whip and it is reversed, and Daniels hits a high leg lariat on his return, dropping Punk. He then stops away and picks him up and slaps on a neck vice, trying to set up the Angel’s Wings. He then snap mares him over and hits a running Neck Snap, ala Curt Henning. He covers for two. He picks him back up but gets caught with a thumb to the eye and falls victim to a dropkick to the knee and a shining wizard. This gets two for Punk. He goes for a suplex but Daniels falls out the back and hits a Blue Thunder Driver for two and a half!

Both men are back up, but Punk is in trouble. Daniels goes for the Angel’s Wings, but Punk blocks it, and turns it into the Devil Lock DDT!!! He takes a little to long to cover out of fatigue so it gets two! He picks him up and goes for it again, but the Fallen Angel reverses into a Last Rites! One Best Moonsault Ever later and Christopher Daniels is victorious.

We go backstage and see Colt Cabana. Allison Danger comes up and starts putting the moves on him… Huh? Well anyways, being Colt Cabana he follows her, and walks right into a Prophecy beat down. This situation has gone to the next level….

We come back from break and head to the ring for the main event.

# 1 Contenders Trophy Match: AJ Styles vs Bryan Danielson.

We have a Lockup to start, Dragon with a go-behind. (Dragon is easier to type.) AJ reverses, and takes him down to the mat. He takes him into a front Chancery and Dragon reverses into a hammerlock. AJ rolls through and gets to his feet, with Dragon in an arm wringer. Dragon gets a single leg pick and an ankle lock. AJ rolls with the pressure and flips Dragon to the mat and grabs both wrists in a cover, but Dragon gets a shoulder up. He bridges up and gets a fireman’s carry. He grabs an armbar and locks it in. AJ gets to his feet and powers Dragon into the ropes. He shoots him off and leapfrogs him, then drops down on the reverse before hitting a BEA-UTEEFULL dropkick. Cover for one.

Lockup. Greco-Roman knuckle lock, AJ sweeps away Dragons leg and pins him to the mat. He bridges up and does the same to Styles. AJ kicks away one hand and takes him down into a fujiwara armbar. Dragon works his free hand under AJ and rolls him up in a cradle for two. He releases the cradle and locks in a side leg lock. AJ rolls over and reverses it into a Muta Lock! Dragon makes the ropes.

Lockup, and Dragon gets a headlock. AJ tries to send him into the ropes, but Dragon hangs on. AJ tries again, but Dragon hangs on again so AJ hits a back suplex to break the hold! He floats over, but Dragon kicks out. AJ goes back to the front facelock, and Dragon powers out into a overhead hammerlock which AJ reverses into a hammer lock of his own. Dragon hits an elbow and then a pair of Forearm shots, rocking AJ. He bounds off the ropes and hits a ROLLING ELBOW to knock AJ to the mat. He covers for two. He picks AJ up and tries a back suplex, but he flips out and hits a spinning kick, dropping Dragon! He bounces off the ropes and hits a jumping knee drop, right to Dragons nose! Cover gets two.

AJ goes for a suplex, but Dragon counters and hits one of his own. He locks in cross face chicken wing, which he jerks back on violently. AJ gets his feet under the ropes, forcing a break. Dragon rocks Styles with a European Uppercut, followed by Judo-style DDT for two. He picks AJ up and locks in a full nelson, possibly looking for a Dragon Suplex. He doesn’t get it, as AJ breaks his grip and hits a flipping back kick (PELE KICK~!) Dragons eyes roll back and AJ covers for two and a half! AJ picks him up and goes for the Styles Clash, but Dragon backdrops out! AJ hops back up and misses a discus lariat! Dragon with a back suplex and both men are down!

Dueling “LETS GO AJ!” and “LETS GO DRAGON!” chants start, and both men get to their feet at about the same time. AJ goes for another lariat, but it’s blocked and turned into an overhead belly-to belly suplex! Cover for two and a half! Back to their feet and Dragon looks for the Dragon Suplex, countered into a German by AJ, Countered into a tiger suplex! Connects! He goes for the Cattle Mutilation! AJ makes the ropes! The crowd is going insane! Dragon Suplex! Countered into a Styles Clash that hits! 1…. 2…2.99! AJ goes for another! Dragon counters with a backdrop! Cattle Mutilation! TAP TAP TAP! Dragon wins it!

Post match both guys get a standing ovation. A handshake closes the show….

Ring of Honor Locker Room Scoops for the week of 3/15:

Samoa Joe will defend the RoH title the very first High Impact TV after Expect the Unexpected against the winner of the #1 Contenders Trophy Match.

Joel and Jose Maximo, the SAT, have requested mic time at the next HITV. They say they have an announcement on their Scramble Team for EtU.

AJ Styles is sick of being bugged by CM Punk. He has accepted Punk's challenge for a match at EtU. He hopes this will settle the issue once and for all.

Rob still won't spill on who Raven's mystery opponent is. He says he has one though, and he's been in contact with Japan to check for possible engagements.

The Special K team for the Scramble will be Izzy, Dixie, Derranged, Hydro and Austin Lee.

Ring of Honor High Impact TV for 3.19.04

Reported by THE VOICE~!!!!

Up first we have a match between two young talent.

Jimmy Rave vs Hydro.

Hydro is out with Izzy, Dixie, Austin Lee and Deranged. They will be the scramble team at Expect the Unexpected. Rave is out by himself.

We start off working the mat, with both men staying fairly even. Hydro tries to speed it up but Rave hangs with him. Lots of back and forth action, with the rest of Special K trying to interfere but not having much success. Rave takes control with a phantom neckbreaker and begins to work on the neck of Hydro.

Hydro fires back with a twisting dropkick and standing shooting star for two. He follows up with a pump handle exploder for two and a half. Specail K thinks it's three but no dice.

A german suplex attempt is countered into one by Rave for two. Death Valley Driver gets two and a half. Hydro sends Rave off the ropes but gets caught in the from Dusk Till Dawn! But Hydro makes the Ropes! Izzy gets on the ropes as Hydro tries to send Rave off the ropes agian, but Hydro gets sent off instead and Izzy clobbers him with a left! Rave locks in the Crossface for the Tap out!

We head to commercial break. We come back and Raven is cutting a promo in the back.

"Some people dream of peace. Some dream of riches and power. Some dream of making with a hooker then beating them up and throwing them out of the car. Some dream of being kings. But I dream as well. I don't dream of those things. I dream of sitting down to a cushy front office job, maybe a commentating gig. I dream of calling matches of young kids after a long and great career. One I will be remembered for my great matches. Not for my brawls. But just for my talent. Not as a freak or mutant. Just as a wrestler. THAT is why I made this challenge. Gabe and Rob won't tell me who it is, but I don't care. I will win. Quote the Raven, NEVERMORE."

Now we head to the ring for a return match.

Special K (Izzy and Dixie) vs The Prophecy.

This was ugly. Not in the Sabu post 96 sense of the word either. It was a massacre.

Lets just say the Prophecy got their payback for the cheap win the K boys got over them. Special K tried to fly around, but it didn't work at all.

Maff and Whitmer dominated with power moves. Finish came when Maff hit a lariat and Whitmer hit the Exploder 98 on Izzy for the win.

We go to the SAT backstage. They aren't that great at cutting Promo's, so I'll just give you a synopsis.

Red will be returning as one of their partners for the Scramble. The other two will be one returning person with a score to settle with the Ravers, and one will be an international star making his RoH debut. Sums that up nicely.

And now we head to the ring...

SAT vs. Special K of Deranged and Austin Lee.

This was a high flying, fast paced, scramble like match between the SAT and Special K. The SAT were in top form tonight, busting out the Cross Corner German Suplexes and The Washing Machine. Special K hit a nice double quebrada to the outside and a Degenerate Driver 450 Combo as well, but it wasn’t enough as Joel and Jose hit the Spanish Fly for the victory.

Bryan Danielson, the American Dragon is in the back, talking to a few of the RF Video crew about his upcoming shoot, when out of no where Christopher Daniels jumps him from behind. He lays the boots in until Samoa Joe comes in and runs him off, leaving Danielson with a cut on the bridge of his nose. During the next match it is announced that the two will fight later for the #1 contenders trophy.

Next we have two great technical wrestlers going at it in Matt Stryker vs Jay Briscoe.

This could be considered a warm up match for Jay who has a tag title defense with his brother against the Backseat Boys. Matt Stryker is coming off a tough loss to Homicide, who is in the main event against CM Punk tonight.

This was a very even back and fourth match, with Stryker being more proficient on the mat and Briscoe having to compensate with high impact moves. Stryker used various knee and leg submission holds, trying to set up the Stryker lock, as well as several knee breaker variations.

Jay went with anything that he felt would take the starch out of Stryker, but most of his moves worked on the head and neck, in preparation of the J-Driller.

After a high flying contest like the last one this was a great change of pace, and the crowd ate it up. The finish came with Jay looking for the J-Driller, but Stryker reversing into an Irish whip and delivering a basement dropkick, then locking in the Stryker Lock for the tap out.

We swing to the back where Christopher Daniels has hijacked the mic. “Bryan Danielson, tonight I will take the number one contenders trophy from you. I will pin your shoulders to the mat, just as I have before. Then there will be no need for me to beat you again at Expect the Unexpected, so I’ll just take the night off. I’m going to enjoy your “enlightenment”, Bryan Danielson. And that is the Gospel according to the Fallen Angel.”

Wow, if he does win, can we make him defend the trophy? Damn rebel.

Bryan Danielson vs Christopher Daniels.

This match did not fail to deliver in the slightest. Neither man diverged from their game plan of working the neck. The match went back and fourth for ten solid minutes. Then it started to get heavy. Dragon snapped off his Judo style DDT. It got two and Irish whip was reversed into a STO by Daniels, who hit the BME. It got two and a half. He picked him up and went for the last Rites, but Dragon spun through and hit a lifting reverse suplex. He then locked in the cattle Mutilation. Daniels barely made the ropes. Dragon picked him up and locked in a full nelson, looking for the Dragon Suplex, but Daniels went low and hit the Angel’s Wings. He covered for 1….2… TIME LIMIT DRAW? WTF? Crowd didn’t like that. Leaves the rematch for the big show I guess.

And now CM Punk has decided to grace us with words of wisdom before his match.

“I didn’t think you could stoop this low AJ. I really didn’t. It was quite slick of you, getting Gabe to book me against Homicide to soften me up for our match at Expect the Unexpected. I can play at that game too. Ya see, after I whoop up on that Thug Homicide, I’m going to go have a talk with Gabe and Rob. I have a match in mind for you next week AJ. Hope you are ready.”

And now for the main event:

CM Punk vs Homicide.

This was a brutal match, for both men involved. Homicide brought the stiff strikes, destroying Punk with lariats, Yakuza Kicks and even the Face wash.  Punk battled back with high impact, innovative moves, like the Devil Lock DDT.

The match started off fast with both men trading armdrags. After two or three each Punk stood up and slapped the taste out of Homicide’s mouth, witch pissed him off. Idiot.  Homicide unloaded with stiff forearms and punches, dropping Punk who bailed. Homicide followed up with the INSANE Tope Con Hilio! Back inside it got two.

Homicide shot Punk off the ropes and looked for a Lariat, but Punk ducked and hit an over the knee neckbreaker-hangman’s neckbreaker combo. It got two. Punk suplexes him into position by the corner and hit a split legged Moonsault, which got two and a half. He shot ‘Cide off and went for a kick, but he blocked it and hit an exploder suplex! He fired away with punches and sent Punk into the corner where he brought the knees and the FACEWASH~! Owie.

Homicide looked to end it with the Kop Killa, but Punk broke his grip and reversed it into the Devil Lock DDT! Cover, but Cide was in the ropes. He picked him up, but Cide fired off a few right hands and hit a Lariat. Homicide went to the top, but Punk crotched him and went up as well. Cide fought him off, and looked for the top rope Ace Crusher he calls the 187. Punk fought him off and hit the Pepsi Plunge! Cover! ONE TWO THREE!!!! Wow. That was…. Clean. Well that’s all folks.

Ring of Honor High Impact TV for 3.26.04

Tonight, one night away from Expect the Unexpected, we have a special Showcase card, featuring up and coming RoH talent! First we have the RoH debut of Sonjay Dutt, taking on Mellow of Special K!

Sonjay Dutt Vs Mellow.

This was a nice little back and forth match that showcased both men's skills. It wasn't particularly well structured, but was a bit of a spotfest that had the crowd going. Mellow acted goofy, having a dance off with Sonjay to begin. The match went on for a few minutes, with both guys hitting their best moves, until Mellow went for the Phoenix Fury Legdrop (Half-nelson Michinoku Driver II) but Sonjay countered and hit a muscle buster then hit the Bombay Splash (Phoenix Splash) for the win.

We head to the back were CM Punk is hanging out in the locker room (wearing a STAND T-shirt)

"Well, AJ, anything you can do, I can do better. Last week you got me a match against Homicide. Don't try to deny it, I know it was you. But this week, I got you a match. But I'm not going to tell you who you're facing, at least not yet. You see AJ, I have you figured out. You find out who you are fighting, then you plan everything out. That is your secret. You are nothing special. All you are is a planner. You have no "undefinable talent" that lets you adjust to anyone. You are nothing but a fraud. That's why tomorrow night in Framingham Mass, I'm going to pin you to the mat, one two three." And we fade out...

We are back with an up and comer against a returning athlete!

Jimmy Rave Vs Masada.

Rave picked up a big win here, going over Masada of the Carnage Crew in a surprisingly great match. It was a technical clinic, with chain wrestling galore. Masada tried to dominate with power, but it didn't work as Rave was just to good this night.

Match started off with chain wrestling which neither got an upper hand. Masada took over after a lariat but the advantage was short lived. Rave came back with a flying headscissors, and the match wound down with both men hitting high impact moves, like German suplexes and the like. End came with Rave locking in the from Dusk till Dawn out of a Fireman's carry.

We head backstage to the Purists who cut a bland promo on Huss Sabin. Yay.

Now we have a special So-Cal attraction match.

Frankie Kazarian Vs B-Boy.

A good back and forth match that gave both men a chance to shine. Kazarian hit all his signature spots like the back to the future, and that lame slingshot DDT. B-Boy hit his usual array of stiff kicks and chops, even throwing a VIOLENCE PARTY! He followed up with a German suplex for two. Finish came when B-Boy got crochted on top and fell victim to the Flux Capacitor.

We head to the back where AJ Styles is warming up when Alexis Laree walks in.

"Rob won't spill. He did say it's someone you have fought before."

"Well, that narrows it down to about seven million."

"Relax. You'll do fine. You can take anyone. Don't let Punk mess with your head."

"I know. I'll take care of whoever he got tonight, and tomorrow I'll take care of him."

We come back from Commercial and it's time for:

Huss Sabin Vs Purists.

This was a mat based match, not quite surprising with the men involved. The Purists obviously had the edge there, but Huss Sabin kept up well. The Purists busted out all sorts of cool double teams, including a wicked double team Boston crab/full nelson/camel clutch combo. Sabin hit several SWANK moves including the Cradle Shock and the over the knee uninage. Jacob's brought the HUSS factor, with the FURRY FACEWASH.

End came when the Purists hit stereo German suplexes and held the bridge for the victories.

Post match Jacob's freaks out and Sabin calms him down.

In the back Alexis Laree and Allison Danger are in each others faces they start to scrap and it spills to the ring for an impromptu match.

Alexis Laree Vs Allison Danger.

It's just what you think it would be. Bad. Laree wins after the swinging DDT. 'Nuff Said.

Punk is out to announce AJ's opponent. I don't feel like coming up with anything creative for him to say so here's the gist of it: It's Jerry Lynn.

AJ Styles Vs Jerry Lynn.

Yet another great match in their epic series. Lynn worked over the neck, setting up the devastating Cradle Piledriver. AJ was on the defensive most of the match, but still got the win. Jerry gave off the impression he cared less about winning and more about hurting AJ. He also jawed with the fans at ringside, a very unusual move for him. The finish saw AJ backdrop out of the Cradle Piledriver and hit the Clash for three. After the Match Punk came down and they stared eachother down as we head out.

Ring of Honor: Expect the Unexpected (3.27.04)

Welcome to Framingham Mass, we have a jam packed crowd here tonight! First off we have Scramble Action!

Special K is out first, and they are represented by Izzy, Dixie, Hydro, Austin Lee and Deranged. They get in the ring and wait for their foes. Joel and Jose are out first. Next out is Red's replacement, Sonjay Dutt. Then the surprise entrants...

"Next out, we got ourselves a guy who has a bone to pick with ya'll! Now you Boston fans give it up for a man making a comeback to Pro Wrestling! Here is Jody Fleisch!" The crowd explodes as the "Phoenix" returns!

"But that's not all! Since ya'll picked five of your thirty friends, we got ourselves ANOTHER international Superstar! Give it up for the Juice himself, Juvi Guerrea!" Now the fans come unglued. In the ring Special K freaks out.

Now, trying to give you play by play would be like trying to keep doughnuts around the Big Show, it aint gonna happen. So let me tell you about what this Scramble was all about, the Crazy Spots.

It started hot and heavy with lots of Lucha style flip-flop. (Of course there was a lot of it, there are ten guys in the match for pete's sake!) And then it spilled to the floor and we got the (first) trainwreck spot out of the way. Sonjay paired off with Izzy and they did a Kung-Fu choreography minutes ALA Red and Low-Ki, with Sonjay dropping him with an Inziguri and hitting a standing Shooting Star for two before Dixie broke it up. Dixie hit a German Suplex, but Juvi broke it up with a basement drop-kick. He hit a 911 Juvi Driver (armhook Ki-Krusher) which is broken up by Lee with a Standing Shooting Star Legdrop in a spot that the crowd loved.

Jose came in and set up for the Skullet Driver, but Deranged hit a shining wizard off of Lee's back. Joel hit a Maximo Explosion, then Hydro broke it up, only to fall victim to a 720 DDT! Izzy hits the falling Up and everyone is out! (structure? What's that?)

Next we moved on to the crazy double (and triple, and quadruple...) team segment. The SAT hit the cross Corner Germans, Juvi and Sonjay hit a SWANK double fisherman's bomb, Izzy and Dixie hit a double hurricane kick. Fight spills to the outside, with everyone pairing off, leaving Sonjay and Lee in the ring. On the outside the four pairs spread out to where each is on the floor on one side of the ring. The Special K'ers then hit Quebrada's in SURROUND SOUND. The match was really all over the place with crazy spots out the wazoo, quadruple reverse rana's anyone? Anyway, finish comes with everyone taking everyone else out and Sonjay hitting the Bombay splash onto Deranged for the win. To much action to call...

We go the back with Christopher Daniels.

"Tonight, I take the first step on my journey to ascension. To my rightful place as RoH Champion. Tonight I will defeat you, Bryan Danielson. Tonight I will pin your shoulders to the mat. Then I will defeat you, Samoa Joe. You see once Joe, you and I were what could be considered friends. I brought you into RoH. And you repay me by joining Steve Corino and his group. Fine. We won in the end anyway. But you have been ducking me ever since you won that title! You owe me a shot, in the very least! But no matter. Tonight I will win the #1 Contenders trophy, forcing you to give me a title shot. You better say your prayers, because that's the gospel according to the Fallen Angel!"

Next we have a tag title match!

Briscoe Boys Vs Backseat Boyz.

Lockup to start, between Jay and Trent, and Acid gets an armdrag. Both men get back up and Acid takes him down with another. Both men up again and Jay pokes him in the eye (to a POP) to take over. He unloads with chops and tags out to Mark. Mark comes in, jacking Trent's jaw with forearm strikes and snapmares him over. He bounds off the ropes and drops a knee across his forehead and covers for one. He hooks him up and looks for a suplex, but Acid blocks and hits one of his own. He tags out to Kashmere and they hit a double team back suplex for two. Both men back up and Kashmere sends him off the ropes, but a back drop is countered by a boot to the face and clothesline. Tag to Jay. Thumb to the eye again, and Jay hits a snap suplex. Quick tag to Mark, and they are cutting off the ring.

Mark hits a back leg lariat for two and follows up with a hangman's neckbreaker and quick tag. They hit a double team superkick-German suplex combo for two, with Acid making the save. Ref escorts him out, allowing the Briscoes to hit their baseball slide-Facewash combo. Jay follows up with a Freaking SICK Brainbuster for two and a half before Trent makes another save. Tag and they shoot him off the ropes, only to fall victim to a DDT-Stunner combo from the Boy Band Wannabe! HOT TAG TRENT. Yakuza kick for Mark, drop-kick for Jay. Kashmere back in and it's time for the DREAM SEQUNECE~! on Jay! Cover...1....2....NO! Mark saves. Fight spills to the outside and IT'S BREAKING DOWN. Chairshot on the outside by Mark! Trent's out! Johnny puts Jay on a table and hits a senton from the Apron to put him through it! Ref throws the match out! Crowd's not happy, but the fight is still raging on! Mark hit's Kashemere with a powerbomb into the metal signs on the guardrails! SICK! Trent's back to his feet, but falls victim to a cut throat suplex on the outside! THE BRISCOES HAVE DESTROYED THE BACKSEAT BOYZ! This could be the start of a BIG issue here....

Now we have a video on the AJ Styles and CM Punk feud. It shows clips of all their past matches, including AJ pinning Punk. Filler stuff.

Now Raven comes out to the ring and cuts a mini-promo saying he is ready for whoever it is. And it is.... DOUG WILLIAMS. Wow, Raven wanted a wrestler, but I don't know if he can handle "the Tourture Device" Doug Williams.

Raven Vs Doug Williams.

Lockup. Raven controls with a wristlock, but Williams rolls through and gets a single leg takedown. He applies a kneebar and Raven grabs a chinlock to try to break. It doesn't work, so Raven apts to simply punch his way out. Crowd gets on Raven a bit for this with a "that's not wrestling" chant.

Lockup again, Raven with a headlock. Takeover, and Williams counters into a headscissors. Raven rolls out and crosses Williams legs and locks in an STF. Williams makes the ropes and gives Raven some props. Lockup, and Williams gets the headlock. Raven reverses into a hammerlock, which he swings into a snapmare. Cover for one.

He picks him back up and looks for a hangman's neckbreaker, but Williams reverses into a belly to belly suplex for one and a half! He rolls into a front chancery but Raven again reverses into a hammerlock. He takes him down and knees the elbow. He slaps on an armbar but Doug gets the rope break.

Lockup, Williams gets a rear waist lock. Standing switch. Raven takes him down with a drop toe hold (no chair) and floats over into a front face lock. Williams reverses into a wristlock which Raven rolls through and hits a swinging neckbreaker as they rise! Cover for a quick two count. Both men back to their feet and Williams is messaging his neck.

Lockup, and Raven gets a side headlock. Williams tries to excape, but Raven has it cinched in TIGHT. Williams finally hits a backdrop suplex to break, but he's slow to get up do to his neck! Both men up at the same time and Raven looks for the Raven Effect, but Williams hits a northern lights suplex for two! Back to their feet and Williams hits an overhead belly to belly for two! Both men up and Williams shoots him into the corner and hits the Bomb Scare (high knee in corner/flying knee drop combo) for two and a half! Williams back up and looks for the CHAOS THEORY! ONE TWO HE CAN'T HOLD THE BRIDGE BECAUSE OF THE NECK! They fight over a lockup and Raven hits the RAVEN EFFECT! 1....2.....3~!!!!

Crowd chants for Raven and RoH post match.

Now Misera Cantare hits the PA System and CM Punk, and the rest of the Saints, come out to the ring for Punk's match. He cut's a Straight Edge promo on the fans then runs down AJ. AJ comes out and calls Punk a sissy for needing all this back up. Punk sends everyone to the locker room, proving he can do it himself.

AJ Styles Vs CM Punk.

Staredown to start, Punk slaps him. AJ fires back with one of his own. Forearm by Punk. Responded in kind by AJ. Punk unloads with right hands until AJ ducks one and hits a discuss lariat! Cover for one.

Lock up. AJ gets a headlock. Punk fires off rights and sends AJ into the ropes. AJ hits a shoulder tackle and a cover for one. Punk sweeps his legs and gets one. Both men back up and Punk goes off the ropes, leapfrog by AJ, Punk still running. PICTURE PERFECT DROP-KICK! It gets two, barely.

Both men to their feet and they are in eachothers faces.

"YOU AINT SHIT!" Yells Punk before slapping AJ. AJ looks at the crowd for a moment before LEVELING Punk with a slap of his own. Punk responds by nearly spearing AJ out of his boots and they both roll to the outside.

They both get up, swinging wildly at eachother and Punk connects with a killer right. He grabs AJ and shoots him at the rail, but AJ jumps and clears it to a big pop from the ringside fans! Punk charges at him but AJ superkicks him! He follows up with a springboard lariat off the rail! BIG AJ chants there!

AJ rolls him back in and covers for two. AJ picks him up and UNLOADS with chops, backing Punk into the corner. He tries a cross corner whip, but Punk reverses it and follows him in with a lariat. He snapmares him out of the corner and bounds off the ropes and delivers a running knee to the face! Cover for two. Punk picks him up and hits a snap suplex and goes up top? Hmmm... I think he's trying to one up AJ. Anyway, he goes for a split legged Moonsault, but it hits knees. AJ follows it up with the STYLESCANRANA (knipp up rana).

Both men up and Punk goes to the eyes. He punches away and sends AJ off the ropes and hits a back leg lariat. Cover with a forearm across the face for good measure gets two. Backdrop suplex and a cover for two again. Punk backs up AJ into the corner and pokes him in the eye. After a warning from the ref Punk plays dumb and does it again. "What do you mean? POKE" And again! "Oh, that? POKE" And now AJ is PISSED. He turns Punk around and RIP'S INTO HIM WITH CHOPS! I mean Punks chest is red in seconds!

AJ grabs him and hits the table top backbreaker for two! AJ is PSYCHED! CROWD IS RAVENOUS! He sets him up for the Styles clash and the CROWD EXPLODES! PUNK KICKS HIM IN THE HEAD TO BREAK! AJ FALLS TO ONE KNEE! SHINING WIZZZZZZZZAAAADDDDDD!!! 1......2.....NO! AJ KICKS OUT~! PUNK CAN'T BELIEVE IT!

He sets him up for the Devil Lock DDT! AJ counters with a spinning back kick! Punk grabbed something out of his tights! Styles clash set up! Punk nails him with brass knucks! Cover for 1.....2......3!!! Crowd doesn't like it at all! The fight's picked back up but the locker room clears to break it up, not wanting any more distraction tonight. (aside from the main event) This is not over, says AJ.

We head backstage where Homicide..... Is pissed. Shock no? He's pissed at loosing to CM Punk. He's pissed at being left off the card, and he's DAMN Pissed at Chris Daniels getting the #1 contenders shot instead of him.... Well, that was short....

Now for the Main Event.

Christopher Daniels Vs Bryan Danielson.

Lock up to start, and Daniels gets a side headlock. Dragon steps on his calf to reverse into an overhead wristlock. Daniels falls to his back and reverses it into a Crippler Crossface, a move that draws a Huge pop! Dragon makes the ropes. Lockup again, and Daniels gets a drop toe hold floated over into a front face lock. Dragon works his way out of it and gets a hammer lock which Daniels quickly rolls out of. He grabs a rear waist lock and looks for a German suplex, but Dragon grapevines his leg to block and gets a standing switch. He looks for a backdrop but Daniels lands on his feet and we have a stand off.

Staredown, and Daniels brings the insult with a slap. Dragon brings the STIFFNESS with a European Uppercut that nearly decapitates the fallen Angel. Daniels backs up into the ropes and gets back to his feet, only to be met with chops. And more chops. And a few forearm shots. A thumb to the eye stops that! HA! Fans love it. Only place in the world where a heel act will get a face pop, I swear. Daniels hits a hangman's neckbreaker for a quick two. He picks him back up and hits a bodyslam and his jump over slingshot legdrop spot for another two.

He slaps on a dragon sleeper but Dragon quickly reverses it into a northern lights suplex, no bridge, however. He gets back to his feet and hits a forearm shot, followed by a rolling elbow which is blocked by Daniels who his a climbing Enziguri! Cover for two. He picks him up and sends him off the ropes. Dragon tries a lariat but Daniels ducks and hits a flatliner flowed directly into the Koji clutch! Dragon makes the ropes again, however.

Daniels picks him up and slaps on a neck vice. He tourqes it into a snapmare and follows up with a rolling necksnap. Cover for two.

"I'M GONNA BREAK HIS F**KING NECK!" Daniels yells to the fans. Dragon pops up and chops the crap out o him and yells:

"TRY ME BITCH!" To a huge pop!

CHOP! CHOP! SLAP! FOREARM! POKE TO THE EYE! Guess what one was the Fallen Angel? Daniels follows up with a phantom neckbreaker. Cover again for two and Daniels is getting frustrated. As both men get to their feet Daniels degenerates to fisticuffs.

Dragon blocks one and nails Daniels with a forearm and Enziguri. Daniels gets back up and hits a bridging German for two and a half! Both up and Daniels hits the back leg lariat! Cover for 2.5! While the Fallen Angel argues with the ref Dragon sneaks up and hits the DRAGON SUPLEX for 2.5! CATTLE MUTILATION!!!! Daniels makes the ropes!

Now it's Dragons turn to be frustrated. He goes for a cover, but Daniels kicks out. He goes for a suplex but he can't hook it up thanks to the bad neck, and Daniels slides out and gets ready for the last Rites. He goes for it, but Dragon rolls with the momentum and comes out in position for a reverse DDT! He hits a lifting reverse suplex and Slaps in the Cattle Mutilation! WHAT? ALLISON DANGER IS DISTRACTING THE REF! Daniels taps but the ref doesn't see it! Dragon lets go to jaw with Danger! She tosses Daniels her Ank necklace! He wraps it up and nails Dragon. BEST MOONSAULT EVER!!! It's SO OVER! CROWD IS PISSED ABOUT ANOTHER BS FINISH!

RoH would like to issue congratulations to Chris Sabin on signing with WWE.
