Guest HHH123007 Posted January 20, 2004 Report Posted January 20, 2004 Is there any way to connect a normal video game controller(SNES controller, PS2 controller, whatever) to your computer to play games on MAME? Or should I just buy one of those Arcade Pads?
Golgo 13 Posted January 20, 2004 Report Posted January 20, 2004 There are some USB cables out there that'll allow you to convert the controller for use on a comp.
Guest DVD Spree Posted January 20, 2004 Report Posted January 20, 2004 I would advise staying away from the "Kiky Joy" PlayStation adaptor. I know a lot of places were selling them in the UK (including Play.com), but they've been completely hit & miss in my experience; sometimes they work great, other times they don't work at all. Just my two.
razazteca Posted January 20, 2004 Report Posted January 20, 2004 Madkatz controllers do not work with adaptors.
Rendclaw Posted January 21, 2004 Report Posted January 21, 2004 Madcatz controllers suck majorly.... Intec aren't too bad, though they have their drawbacks too. Speaking of that, I need a USB adaptor for my Microsoft Sidewider gamepad for my PC, does anyone know where I can get one?
