Why is Rico on every show?

Recommended Posts

I think the Rico problem is that they've based the gimmick on Adrian Sweet, but they didn't copy the important aspect. Sweet might have acted gay but he was also a badass when it came down to brass tacks. Rico's character is just gay and, while Rico may be a good talent in the ring based on what people have said about his OVW work, he's not allowed to tie in the crucial element of the Sweet character to really gain the heat.

I think he's doing fine. His overly "flame-boyant" antics are slowly catching on with some of the fans. I don't necessarily agree that they need to go full-bore face with him, but his wrestling is decent if he has someone good to work with. I remember his match with Rey Rey a long time ago was really good.

All he really needs is something interesting to do. Maybe there's a feud brewing betwixt him and La Res. Could be interesting, given the un-manly tendencies of Dupree.

He won't ever be Main Event material, but for the most part he's still entertaining.

Hell, I think he's pretty damn entertaining in the ring. I don't mind seeing him wrestle on Raw each week at all.

Arch, you win the award for most outdated sig.

Ditto. Unless he has sigs turned off he doesn't realize he still has it.

Heh...I didn't even notice that. Well, Goldust was an adrian Street knock off too, except Goldust wore all...well, Gold. He had a female manager, like Street, but still acted queer until a forced face turn happend.

Yeah, but alot of people feel DDP got such a big push in WCW because he was Bischoff's next door neightbour. Rico started in this business very late and taking that into consideration he's done a pretty good job of it.

To be more specific, a lot of people think the push DDP got was in exchange for wife-swappin'.

As for the original post's question....uh, Jackie's boobs?

Is Bischoff's wife hot, or is this wife swappin' thing a one way street?
