Swift Terror 0 Report post Posted February 4, 2004 My other half's job is starting to drive her nuts. A short while ago, they started to require 20% overtime, no option. Then they began "working lunches"--that's right, you get to eat, but you have to sit in on a meeting the entire time. And last but not least, they are requiring her to stay after work to take additional training, instead of conducting the training during normal work hours. I work 7-5 every day (with a "working lunch" just like your better half), and overtime at least one week every month (unpaid, as I am salaried); it's just part of the job.
