Guest Askewniverse Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Why didn't the other Basham try to break up the pin?
Guest FrigidSoul Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Don't you ever speak poorly of Tomco and Fertig again.
Slickster Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Rikishi is now a 3-time tag champ; Scotty, a 2-time champ.
Downhome Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Wow, Rikishi just almost f'd up that drop for the finish.
Guest Xstasy Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 You people won't believe this, but Smackdown was cancelled for the Washington DC area. I have no idea if its permanent or not, but apparently UPN has decided to play Smackdown on Sunday against the Grammys. Yeah, because that's gonna work. Â Sigh... so make those descriptions exciting, this board is all the Smackdown I'll be getting today.
SamoaRowe Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Rikishi is now a 3-time tag champ; Scotty, a 2-time champ. Yeah, I almost forgot about Too Cool (somehow). Â Â Way to go Scotty! Â Â And I shall never speak ill of Fertig again... but Tomko sucks
ChrisMWaters Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Tazz is wearing an ugly suit tonight.
SamoaRowe Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Sigh... so make those descriptions exciting, this board is all the Smackdown I'll be getting today. And that preview for "All of Us" had me on the edge of my seat!
Guest Anglesault Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 The basham disaster is over? Â Yay! Â We want more WGTT!
Downhome Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Will this be the first time that TBS has ever defended his US Title?
Detective Comics Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Is this Show's first title defense?
SamoaRowe Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Is this Show's first title defense? It is if you don't count house shows.
Conspiracy_Victim Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 "U.S. Title"? What is this U.S. Title that they speak of? I know Big Show carries around some sort of gold belt, but I though that was just something to take the attention away from his stomach.
Guest FrigidSoul Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Big Show's first US Title defense is against a guy who has been out for 6months and has literally done nothing to earn the shot. *uses Eric Cartman voice to describe his feelings of the WWE writers* I hate you guys
Guest Besus Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Shelton Benjamin for WWE Champion! Â Charlie Haas for U.S. Champion!
SamoaRowe Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Big Show's first US Title defense is against a guy who has been out for 6months and has literally done nothing to earn the shot. *uses Eric Cartman voice to describe his feelings of the WWE writers* I hate you guys The WWE writers are too busy getting stoned with a towel to care.
Detective Comics Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 OK, so it is the first televised title defense. What a show Heyman did have in store for us! Â Isn't there a 30 day title defense rule?
Guest FrigidSoul Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Big Show's first US Title defense is against a guy who has been out for 6months and has literally done nothing to earn the shot. *uses Eric Cartman voice to describe his feelings of the WWE writers* I hate you guys The WWE writers are too busy getting stoned with a towel to care. Towelie: Remember Gerwitz, whenever you're in the middle of a Cliq circle jerk its always a good idea to bring a towel!
SamoaRowe Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 OK, so it is the first televised title defense. What a show Heyman did have in store for us! Isn't there a 30 day title defense rule? There at least used to be. Stephanie broke that rule too when she was the Women's Champion.   And Dawn Marie can do anything she wants to me
Conspiracy_Victim Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Hehe. I like Cena's acting on camera. Â O.K. Paul I'm afriad the Sword of Damocles reference just went over the head of quite a few people.
DangerousDamon Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Why Dawn Marie wasn't chosen for Playboy, I'll never know.
SamoaRowe Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Hehe. I like Cena's acting on camera. Haha, John Cena just rules this show for me. Â Â Towelie should be the new GM.
SamoaRowe Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Here comes the U.S. title defense, I'm so excited!!! Â Too bad I heard this match is boring. Â Â Though you probably could've guessed that beforehand anyways...
Guest Besus Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Anyonelse see the "Holly not over" sign?
chaosrage Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Dawn Marie = best looking woman in wrestling
Guest FrigidSoul Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 and the crowd goes mild for Billy Gunn
Conspiracy_Victim Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Towelie should be the new GM. I can just see Towelie wandering around the locker rooms humming the tune to "Funky Town" and asking guys if they wanna get high. Â It'd be better on RAW though just so he and RVD could interact. Might make for some of the funniest TV since the last Cheech and Chong movie.
Detective Comics Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Billy Gunn looks to be in great condition... I don't get all the hate.
Downhome Posted February 6, 2004 Report Posted February 6, 2004 Dawn Marie = best looking woman in wrestling She's also the most charismatic. She hasn't been given a chance to do it in WWE, but in ECW she proved herself to me.
