The Czech Republic Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Just as I don't know what the date is, likewise, I do not know what the show is. I'm in a weird state of existence or something. I just wanted to take back the Velocidential thread-starting duty. I'm shameless.
Guest Choken One Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Flying Bikes and shit...but no cars.
razazteca Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Can't wait for Funaki vs Albert match #9430820482452
SuperJerk Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Official Velocity Preview Now that Rikishi & Scotty 2 Hotty are the WWE Tag Team Champions, the competition to be the No. 1 Contender is heating up. On Velocity, see the competition at its best when Ultimo Dragon & Funaki face the Self-Proclaimed World’s Greatest Tag Team in a match that will go a long way in determining who the No. 1 Contender will be. This is a must-win for both teams if they wish to compete for the No. 1 Contender spot, find out who gets it on Velocity. Rhyno & A-Train will also enter the tag team fray when they are in action. Also on Velocity, all three members of the FBI will be present. First, Nunzio (with Chuck Palumbo at ringside) will face Paul London. Later, Johnny Stamboli is in singles action when he faces Bradshaw in a match between two of the strongest men on the SmackDown! roster. Don’t miss this entertaining trio when the FBI will appear on Velocity! Confidential is a rerun.
Guest Ghettoman Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 One of these days there gonna do something with that fued, I smell a tag team in the making.
SuperJerk Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 One of these days there gonna do something with that fued, I smell a tag team in the making. That smell is just A-Train forgetting to shampoo again. And that's a lot of fucking shampoo. Ultimo Dragon says... "Tune in tonight to see if I still have a job!" Only on Spike TV.
Guest JumpinJackFlash Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 ^^ At least Ultimo has the "privilege" to lose on Velocity. Some great wrestlers(i.e. Kanyon!!!) don't even get to have a chance to lose on Velocity, since they're sent to OVW for no reason. Maybe the up and comers will learn from Kanyon and be better than who's been coming out of there recently.
Guest JMA Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Nunzio/London would be an ROH main event. I'll be watching.
SuperJerk Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Who's doing commentary? Claude Rains and Susan Richards? THERE'S NO ONE AT THE ANNOUNCE BOOTH!
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Who's doing commentary? Claude Rains and Susan Richards? THERE'S NO ONE AT THE ANNOUNCE BOOTH! shhh! You aren't supposed to notice that.
Guest Disbadger Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 London needs to switch back to the attire he had when he debuted. He looks dumb without Spanky.
razazteca Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 I like Tazz better than Hugh Morris.
Guest Disbadger Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 JAPANESE CONNECTION~! Team Jobber has a name now, baby!
SuperJerk Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 "Most dominant champion..." Eddie's facing Bruno Sammartino?
razazteca Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 London needs to switch back to the attire he had when he debuted. He looks dumb without Spanky. Wrestling tights are not cheap.
razazteca Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 TWGTT needs Teddy Long as their announcer.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 I like how in the preview it says this match will help determine #1 contendership for the Tag Belts.. Im guessing WGTT vs Rikishi/Scotty vs Bashams at NWO.
SuperJerk Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 TWGTT's theme needs to be on the next CD...if they ever go back to releasing CD's of entrance music.
MarvinisaLunatic Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Wow, the "Did you come in a box, cause you're a tool" joke.
razazteca Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Sweet double team move there by Hass and Benjamin
SuperJerk Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Ultimo Dragon says... "Tune in tonight to see if I still have a job!" More like "Tune in tonight to see if I still have to job!" The WWE website still has last week's episode listed under the preview, so I guess its not a rerun after all. v Sorry for the confusion.
The Czech Republic Posted February 8, 2004 Author Report Posted February 8, 2004 TWGTT's theme needs to be on the next CD...if they ever go back to releasing CD's of entrance music. Doubtful. Smackdown Records's new release is slated to be "'Taker My Heart Right Out," a collection of country ballads sung by Mark Calloway.

Smackdown Records's new release is slated to be "'Taker My Heart Right Out," a collection of country ballads sung by Mark Calloway. If Sable's on it, they can call it CUNT-trie music. Oh look who lost... ...I'm shocked.
Lil' Bitch Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Woo! Awesome tag match. For once I'm able to record Velocity. TWGTT's theme needs to be on the next CD...if they ever go back to releasing CD's of entrance music. I swear it sounds like the music from the Norditrack (sp?) commercial.
Downhome Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Funaki just kicked all kinds of ass, and Shelton is great. That is all.
razazteca Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 If Shelton had Teddy Long as his manager he could be WWE Champion.
Guest JMA Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 "SHADES OF POKER FACE~!" Man, I'll never get tired of that.
SuperJerk Posted February 8, 2004 Report Posted February 8, 2004 Is "867-5309" public domain now or something? I've heard it in a shitload of commericials lately.
