He starts calling Foley his bitch=no fan reaction WWE portrays him as a military deserter=the fans don't care Ambushes Foley backstage=fans still don't care Beats RVD and Book in an IC title match=The fans get up silently from their seats and start walking away by not giving a shit. Feburary(Joins Evolution)-Taunting on the left and right of HHH isn't going to get him over.He got no mic time this month. March(Injured)-W/Batista. April(Out)-Injury May(Returns)-Interfere in HHH vs Flair/HBK.Joins in the kicking with HHH and Flair.He just returned from a 2 month absence so he didn't get much reaction. June(Return match)-1st match since February and I can't remember if he got reactions when he was wrestling but he did get some reaction when he made fun of Foley.That was the 1st time he got mic time since returning in Janurary. July(3 matches)-I can't remember if he got any reaction.Should he because of a 2 minute promo in June? August(Push begins)-He was def by Goldberg and did get cheered.Some say because Canada hate Goldberg.Around this time he was in tag matches w/ Flair,HHH and wrestling guys that are usually on Heat everyweek.(Maven and Hurricane)So I don't think he should be over and yeah he dissed Foley and he got heat for it,but only 1 promo about him.You will need to do more than 1 promo to get a guy over that was absent for 2 months and 2nd time ever on the mic since debuting in 2002.He kicked HBK when he returned.Yeah that should get him over...not serious.Kicking a over wrestler could get you heat but not over. Did he get some reaction at Summerslam? If he didn't,I understand why.He was taunting behind HHH,wrestling guys like Maven,cutting 1 promo and kicking someone previous months. September(Legend killer)-He finally gets a gimmick and cuts a promo.Basically "I'm gona make a name for my self and kill Shawn".I can't remember if he got reactions but I think he should've because he's talking about killing one of the most over guys on the roster.Should he be over by now? No. Cutting 1 promo isn't enough. October(Flair/Orton)-I got his matches from this month tagging with Flair and he got reactions.I know what you thinking,It's because of Ric Flair.Probally but atleast the crowd wasn't dead. Do you think he should be over now,if so why? He cheated to def Shawn at Unforgiven and walking around with Flair...THIS NOT GOING TO GET THIS MAN OVER! November(Eric want Orton)-This month Orton def a retired legend and RKO'ed someone that isn't even a wrestler...THIS NOT GOING TO GET THIS MAN OVER! He also pinned Shawn at S.Series w/ the help of Batista. He got reactions at S.Series and I still think he shouldn't be over like some of you think. He should be getting heat though.(Ending Steve's WWE Career) December(Next IC Champion)-He got reaction at Armageddon and after Armageddon. No one says anything when he does get heat and when he doesn't it's "Orton is heatless" comments. So in Feb,May-August he walks around with Evolution.Only mic time in June and bad matches.Not over and shouldn't be. In September-December he begins to cut more promos and not watch HHH when he does his promos. Was he over in 2003? No and reasons is: 1)Basically cut the same "I'm the legend killer" promos. 2)He didn't win the World Championship at Summerslam. 3)He def RVD for a Championship that has been thrown,kicked and retired. 4)Didn't come to Raw as a face 5)A heel that had many bad matches 6)Def 2 big names that was in the middle of the cards. 7)0 main storylines WWE focused more on getting him reaction "tonight on Raw" then "get him over". It took a superkick to Benoit just to have the fans boo HBK, but with Orton they keep on trying and trying, but the fans are not buying it anymore. You do know Orton has got heat,right? I don't think some of you know that because you whine about him being heatless too much. If Orton would've came down and RKO'ed Benoit.He would've got booed. Are you sure they're not buying it?
